Beware of the unempathic not caring front desk person named Deanna. I’ve waited over a year for my first IGIV treatment to start.(this is something I’ll need for the rest of my life) I was told at this location I was good to go with my insurance by several employees only to be called two hours before my appt time by Deanna to say it had to be rescheduled. She kept interrupting me and mocked me on the phone. I expressed I was upset my family members lost days out of work to help get me to this appt due to my disabilities and she was EXTREMELY rude to me. Laughing at one point on the phone with another coworker. I do not understand why this company hired someone that is rude and uncaring in a medical institution.
