His clinical interests include shoulder reconstructive surgery for arthritis, major rotator cuff deficiencies and failed prior shoulder surgeries. His goal is individualizing treatment to the specific needs of each of his patients. He pioneered the ‘ream and run’ procedure for patients desiring a high level of physical activity and wishing to avoid the potential risks of a plastic socket and bone cement.
