In a perfect world, when buying a new vehicle everything goes as planned. I just purchased a new Yukon AT4 from Critz and despite everyone's best efforts, some things did not go as planned! Much of this was because it was being shipped across the country. There were some issues after delivery and frankly, this could have been a mess. Within 24 hours, the folks at Critz made everything right. To be honest, this is better than a 5-star review. When you buy a new car you expect everything to be right – what is more important is the people who make it right when something goes wrong. I live all the way across the country but if I were local, I would buy from them again and again. Great team and a very honorable dealership.

Cannot recommend Maurice enough! He is so genuine, kind and a breath of fresh air to work with after the longest week for my husband and I. Another deal completely fell through and we’re so thankful it did because it led us to Maurice and the Acadia I LOVE! This location also has a great inventory which we noticed doesn’t happen anywhere else! Looking forward to GMCs new location!

Great service from Cody Turner! He was very polite and helped walk us through our car journey. My husband and I are first time car buyers lol and Cody helped us feel comfortable, wasn’t pushy, and didn’t flinch a bit at all my picky requests! We decided to wait and look at a car that wasn’t quite serviced yet and not fully up for sale and he has been on it, sending us pictures, giving us a set time it’ll be done being serviced, and just keeping us updated and checking in. Casey Wilson with Critz GMC is EVERYTHING! I have always wanted an Acadia Denali. I took my car into Critz for service. Love their service team too by the way. While it was being serviced, I got a call asking if I wanted to have an appraisal done. I said yes and ended up connecting with Casey. It was a match made in heaven. I told Casey what I wanted in terms of a new vehicle, which was the Acadia Denali. He took the time to work with me on different options based on their inventory. He took the time to work on pricing for those options. And initially it didn’t work because it wasn’t the vehicle I really wanted and I did not want to settle and I explained that to him. He didn’t push, he didn’t force, he just said OK and if something came up, he would certainly keep me in mind. And he did just that. When a Denali came available with everything that I was asking for he called me right away. I went to go see him immediately. We got everything straight, I traded in my car, and got the Denali of my dreams! Casey was outstanding! He was patient, he was thoughtful, and he took the time to really match me with what I really wanted and not just give me any old thing. I have regularly communicated with him since I made my purchase and he has always been super responsive, and extremely helpful. I have nothing but the utmost respect, and joy in dealing with Critz whether it’s been Casey or any other member of the Critz team. That includes the finance department that explained everything to me to make sure I understood. Shout out to Paul Lambert and finance who was wonderful! And again the service team has always been fantastic. I can’t say enough about them and thank them for all they’ve done for me.

The whole experience was phenomenal. It was probably the best I ever experience. The process was extremely easy and fast I was in and out. Not like the other dealers a whole day. It is my first GMC H EV 2x
