They were able to pump out my residential septic tank within 48 hours of calling for the best price i could find. Knowledgeable folks who get the task done quickly

Horrible customer service from owner they pump out my elder auntie home. Issue is as a tech if you come 30 days later to pump out the same tank. That tech should know that the drain field is bad it’s been thee since the 50. The owner gets an attitude because they didn’t explain nothing to her about a drain field failing. They really need to train there tech to problem solved. Horrible company as well the owner she hangs up the phone bad service. Wouldn’t recommend this company to no one.

These guys are very helpful and affordable. To having an old septik tank is not really pleasant something but not everyone can afford to replace it. Sometimes fitback happens and as soon as I call for help they are here to get my septik empty and clean. I really appreciate, dealing with Acme Septic Tank Service they do for me. Thank you.

Acme Septic Tank, the only good thing I can say about this company is at least they chose a good name for it. The name should serve as a warning as it seems to be run by a bunch of Loony Tunes with Wile E. Coyote himself answering the phone. I called to have a septic tank pumped and we agreed to do it between 7:00 and 7:30 the next morning but guess who never showed up or called. At 9:30 I called to see if they were still coming and Luke insisted there was a misunderstanding. Luke seemed to be in a hurry to get me off the phone and said he would call me back in 5 minutes but of course he never did. After waiting an hour and a half I finally called someone else to do it. I called Luke back to tell him I found someone else and not to bother coming to my house, I wanted him to know he lost my business. When he answered the phone I said "is this Luke" he said " I guess". Very unprofessional, guess he doesn't even know who he is. Don't even bother to dial their number. The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't post this review without it.

Had a overflowing tank today at my rental, which needed attention ASAP.
Called ACME. They were there in 30 minutes!!!!

Luke, came with the septic pump crew, and gave me some solid advice, along with his personal opinion at my situation.

All other companies were quoting between next day up to 4 days out.
Tank was quickly pumped and we are back in business.

For other reviews, can't speak to that. I will say, after pumping, I looked in tank with flashlight, and could see the bottom, so they did their job. I was back at work in no time. 5 Star Review.
