Placed order at 12:17am for to-go.

Saw 6 workers in the back eating, drinking, blowing their nose and handling food without gloves or hairnets. Just honestly screwing around and getting paid to do so when 16 tickets were opened in the front. Also, the smell of malodorous urine slaps you in the face when you walk into the store.

Received my order at 1:20am, after having to remind them SEVERAL times of our order. I felt like the cashier was high.

Missing fries (received what looked like half eaten and cold small fry box for a two combo order). Missing blue cheese’s that we paid extra for. It was ranch.

Incompetent and unsafe handling. I’ll definitely be reporting. No one deserves a snot wing or tender.

The food took a long time and the restaurant smells like dirty sewers literally people went out to wait outside because the smell was very bad. The attention of the staff is terrible and the food took almost 1 hour. It's ridiculous

Had to come to this location because the one on Kissimmee Vineland would not honor the $10 for 10 wings deal that was showing on the app allowing me to purchase but when I hit check out the price increased by $10. And the employees took no responsibility for the error and kept telling me it must have ended in the moment. When I tried this location it went through, no problem, no bait and switch. The wings from here were amazing! Far better than the Kissimmee Vineland location which is right across the street from me. I will now be making the 10 minute drive to this location from now on!

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would… THERE WAS A FRIED ROACH INSIDE MY FRIES.

It’s needless to say that I won’t EVER go again.

UPDATE: Be mindful that if you find a roach in your fries, and know that there’s other people with the same issues… don’t call your costumer to tell them they’re liars, and more without knowing their backgrounds, and not compare it with a piece of corn. As a person that has worked years in the culinary industry as a COOK, I’ve seen my fair share of things. It wasn’t you who ate the whole thing and had to see the cockroach in your food. I can assure you, it’s not a piece of corn. I’m appalled by this behavior from such corporation.
