I ordered at this Pizza Hut because it was on my way home. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one thin and one thick. The thick crust pizza was very doughy once we got to eating it. I called and talked to a guy and told him. He said he was the manager. I told him my complaint and he dismissed it like it was okay. Telling me he made 80 pizza tonight and nobody else had complained. He was very unprofessional… I want be ordering from this location AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Update!!! I called 1st thing this morning and I talked to a manager and explained what happen the night before. I was offered a refund or remake. On my way home from work the GM Ms. Shelly called me and apologized about the situation. I appreciate them both for fixing the problem. All I wanted was a good pizza last night. He was just too unprofessional and very dismissive. Thanks for listening and fixing the problem.

The customer service is absolute trash. In previous orders, they have not followed directions on the order. When I called to say an instruction was not followed, they said "we didn't see any".

I just placed an order and called to ask for extra seasoning on the bread sticks (willing to pay extra) the so called manager (wouldn't give his name) said no because it's inventory day and it will affect the inventory.... in memorial day.

I’m gonna say - I hate making reviews like this but

This is the second time I ordered from this location and something was either messed up or forgotten

Few months backed, ordered delivery. I had many ppl coming over. A cheese stick box was missing, no big deal. Called the store, they had someone bring out the missing cheesesticks (but you could tell when I called whoever answered seemed annoyed, like why am I calling about 1 missing cheesestick box)

Second time, yesterday- 4/20/26. I’ll show in pictures. I ordered a pesto margarita, with black olives, i paid extra for the black olives. Pizza was delivered, was missing pesto & black olives…. Okay. It’s a pesto pizza..? Call the store, the rep couldn’t find my order even with my phone number & the order number I had from the email Pizza Hut sent me… tried my number again, found it.
They sent out a replacement - this time, is had the black olives, but not pesto. I’m trying not to laugh, huh? It’s a “Pesto” margarita pizza y’all

Did I think about calling back again?

Yes - but at this point, what the heck…

Placed a delivery order and the cheesesticks were burnt and they didn't come with any pizza sauce. I tried calling the store two times, but after being on hold for 15 min the first time and 5 min the next time. I gave up. Plus, there hold music when you push the #3 option is super static.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but the customer service at this Pizza Hut has been disappointing more than once. Every time I come in to pick up an order, no one greets you, I’ve gone through the drive thru and they don’t even say a word. They just stare like you’re bothering them. I work in customer service myself, so I know how important a simple greeting or friendly attitude can be.
. I normally don’t have a problem with the pizza but the most recent time I went , I did. I made a simple request for light sauce on my pizza, and once we got home we noticed that the sauce was overbearing so we called and spoke to Elijah! He was very polite and helpful, and I appreciate that he gave me store credit to make things right. However, when we called back to have the order remade, we spoke with Sophie/Sophia “the manager on duty” We asked to add extra and didn’t mind paying more, but she was being extremely rude and difficult. She even said “OMG!” in a very unprofessional way. Not to me but to my mom which was super disrespectful ! That’s where the horrible customer service really showed! I really want to know why anyone would think you were the right fit to be in management.

I don’t like writing bad reviews unless it’s truly necessary, but this was definitely one of those times. This location really needs to work on their customer service because it’s just not it right now.
