We went to Kate for our maternity pictures and it was a better experience than we could have imagined. She is extremely talented, kind, and does beautiful work. I originally felt overwhelmed looking for a photographer because I was having the hardest time finding someone that did exactly what I wanted. I am so glad I found her studio because she was able to give me backgrounds that were perfect for my maternity vision without making it too dramatic. It was just right. Everyone around me loves the pictures and we truthfully couldn’t be happier and thankful enough. Go to Kate! Even if you don’t see exactly what you want on her website, just ask her! Could not have had a better experience with Kate for our headshots! We booked her to come onsite to our office for about 40 team members, and she was incredible from start to finish.

She even came by ahead of time to scope out the space and find the best spot for lighting. Communication was clear and easy, and her setup on the day of was seamless and flexible.

Not to mention, the photos turned out amazing. Clean, polished, and consistent across the team. She customized the experience for each person, asking about preferences and even making sure to capture everyone’s “good side,” which made such a difference. She also provided individual gallery links so everyone could easily select their favorite shot, not to mention the turnaround time was so quick- she sent the links the next day!

Having Kate behind the camera made everyone feel comfortable and confident. If you’re considering corporate or personal headshots, absolutely book her. The experience and value were outstanding.

I’ve worked with many photographers, but Kate’s work ethic and professionalism are by far number one.

We were shooting in an outdoor location that was unfamiliar to her, yet she came the day before to walk through the space with me and thoughtfully plan everything together. I absolutely LOVED working with Kate! She scouted out the perfect location for our shoot, and while I usually hate getting my photo taken, she made me feel so comfortable and confident during the session. I recently had my portrait taken by Kate at Pacifica Studios. It was a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Kate patiently took numerous photos of me in different poses and in different outfits. All of these photos were emailed to me so I could choose my ten favorites. These ten photos Kate painstaking retouched, even eliminating clothing wrinkles. This was my first time working with a professional photographer. I picked Pacifica Studio because of its excellent reviews and I wasn't disappointed.

I wanted high-quality photos for social media and had some vague, but very specific ideas on what I wanted them to look like. Kate worked with me to understand my requirements and then used her professional experience to figure all the details.

Kate is literally the best photographer I have ever worked with! It was my first time ever getting my headshot taken so I was very nervous, and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire session! Kate did an excellent job taking photos for me. Her photography style is very natural and captures daily life beautifully. Although we booked for 1 hour, the session ended up lasting over 2 hours, as Kate made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. She was incredibly patient and attentive to my needs.

We explored multiple spots on the Stanford campus, and at each location, Kate took the time to find the best angles, considering the background, lighting, shadows, and overall composition. In the end, the retouch part is also very detailed and of great quality. I highly recommend her business to any potential customers.
