First and foremost I would like to express a tremendous amount of gratitude and appreciation for Ross and his team at the Tacoma and Lakewood location(s). They’re very attentive, customer service oriented, personable, and professional. The front desk team is extremely welcoming and works with me to schedule my appointments. They’re very patient and even call to try to fit me in at more accommodating times throughout the week. If I cannot answer, they always ensure to leave very descriptive voicemails of times and dates of availability and remainders of upcoming appointments. Thank you Ross for working with me and even staying an extra hour or so after closing just to accommodate my current light work schedule. That is truly remarkable and I am so thankful to be able to have such a dedicated, supportive and customer service driven leader as yourself to help me with my recovery journey. Much kudos as Chris as well to help push me and guide me through strengthening my humerus fracture. Working with you on the weekends has definitely improved my road to recovery thank you for being so knowledgeable and coaching me through the exercises! Anchor physical therapy definitely is a establishment that gives back and heals the community and I extremely honored that I was referred here by my doctor. 100/10 I would recommend doctors that have patients due to work, accident etc to refer their patients here for physical therapy services. My name is Anne Kimani, and I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for the care, encouragement, and support you gave me throughout my therapy journey.

Living with sciatica has not been easy. I experienced pain day and night, and there were times when I felt hopeless. I cried many nights because of the pain and wondered if I would ever get better. Since I started therapy with you, I have seen steady improvement. Even though I am not yet where I want to be, I can truly say that you have helped me so much. The exercises you taught me have made a real difference, and I continue to do them at home. They help relieve my pain, and I trust that as I keep doing them, I will continue to get stronger and better. I thank God for directing me to Anchor Physical Therapy. I believe He used your knowledge, skills, and compassionate care to help me through one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Even though I have now been discharged from therapy, I will continue to practice what you taught me and trust God for continued healing. Anchor Physical Therapy is my first choice in places for therapy. The staff is very friendly and understanding of your needs I've been coming here most my aliments since the later part of 2019. The building has expanded since then and has opened up a great deal of space on the open floor. If you live near by I highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience with this physical therapy team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly cared about my recovery. The therapist took the time to explain each exercise and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. They created a treatment plan tailored to my needs, and I noticed steady improvement with each visit. The clinic was clean, organized, and easy to schedule with.
