Best company I’ve ever worked for hands down great equipment as well it’s hard to find good honest people in the trucking industry by far the best group of people I’ve ever worked for Igor the fleet manager Elton was my dispatcher great guy and Ulyiana the HR accountant are absolutely fantastic at what they do come over with a great attitude and ready to run you’ll absolutely love it great miles and great pay no complaints at all whatsoever.

I waited a year to write this review. I've been driving trucks for over 20 years, worked for half a dozen different companies and even owned my own truck and Alynevych is BY FAR the best place I've ever worked! They take care of you, they take care of their equipment and they leave you alone. Oh and they pay very well! It's a 1099 company so you have to do your own taxes and buy your own insurance but that's nothing. That's how I want it.
The dispatch team is great. They keep you moving. I get over 3,000 miles every week and several times over 4,000. They give you a load and you can roll whenever you want. Just avoid tolls and buy the cheapest fuel and they leave you alone.
They get you home too. I live in a very difficult area to get to (San Diego) but they get me there when I want.
The equipment is pristine. I started in a Volvo 760 and they upgraded me to an 860. Best truck I've ever driven. And I've driven them all.
I brought it back with a couple bald tires one time and Igor got pissed at me. He made it clear we don't drive trucks like that here. If something is wrong, you get it fixed. If you're out on the road, they'll get it paid for. If it's minor, you can pay for it yourself and they'll reimburse you. If something is only $30 or $40, you make so much money here I don't even ask for it back half the time lol.
So if you're looking for a real job, give these guys a call. But bring your experience and bring your A game. We got a good crew!

I must say that these people do not treat you like any other company. Load after load dispatched before you are empty. No sitting around waiting. They really know how to treat their drivers, hell I feel like I'm the one who is important to the company. I have really found a gem with this company. I would highly recommend any driver looking for a new gig to reach out, trust me it's worth it and then some. Andy,Igor and Noah will go out of their way to see that everything is top notch, safe and reliable to keep you making money. They have an awesome team in the office that works together like a well oiled machine. Never an issue getting paid everything week, Jenny is top notch.They make it a point to stay in touch with you to make sure you are happy. Home time is never an issue either. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR, COME JOIN THE TEAM!!!!

From a Truckers wife: my husband daniel golden works for them and they are absolutely amazing! Igor Andrew and Noah are so amazing and other staff members are also! They are definitely family oriented and friendly! We have had several family emergency’s leaving me personally being airlifted to the hospital and they got my husband home right away empty and over 700 miles away! And they kept in contact with us to make sure my husband wasn’t leaving me and our babies alone! Than my husbands truck broke down and they paid me to go get him and take him back and paid us for break down pay! They are simply amazing! And the pay is very good and they offer very good health insurance for the whole family and death benefits and Aflac also!! THANK YOU U GUYS WE LOVE YOU

Elton is one of a kind, Alynevych really strives to provide you with the best customer service possible. There was never a time where I did not have an update to give to my customer. They operate on a very professional level and are a blast to work with. Elton knew what to do and is very good at it. Uriah was our driver and gave us nothing but professionalism, I appreciate you, Uriah!!!
