I cannot speak for the practice itself. This review is my experience trying to make an appointment with no success.
On December 22, 2025, I reached out to start the process to get counseling from this company.
On Monday, 1/5/26, they followed up with me stating insurance was being run.
On Thursday 1/8/26, I was advised my insurance was not accepted.
After checking myself, I confirmed my insurance status.
On Tuesday 1/13/26, I was told they would look again and let me know.
No response until I again followed up on Wednesday 1/28/26. Same day, I received a response that a therapist would contact me within 24-48 hours.
The next day THURSDAY 1/29/26, I was asked “hey did you know want like in person visits?” I responded that in in-person was preferred.
On MONDAY 2/2/26, they responded with “the therapist will reach out to you this week”
As of 2/7/26, I have heard nothing and assume the sense of urgency in this office is nonexistent.
Do not waste any effort trying to make an appointment. You will be ignored.

I have worked closely with Andie for many years and would recommend her services. She is knowledgeable, advocates for clients, and always knows how to put a smile on your face.

It has taken me a while to gather up the courage to seek counseling but I’m so happy I did Andie is great at analyzing my concerns and issues while simultaneously giving me feedback and a fresh perspective. She has been a beautiful person to work with.
