I am so glad I contacted Integrity Painting and General Contracting! My 85-year-old home needs various improvements, so finding a painting company that also does GC and has a reputation for good communication and quality work is a godsend. After meeting with Patrick (lead estimator) and discussing various projects to be done, I knew I had found an awesome team of experienced and conscientious professionals. Mynor and Spider did an amazing job repainting my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and it's been great to work with Octavio (project manager). Looking forward to working with them on the other interior and exterior projects that need to get done.

From start to finish there was a high level of customer service and detail. Everyone I connected with was extremely personable, nice, and thoughtful. I was informed each step of the process and there was patience across the board when snafus came up, whether unintentional or not predicted. By the end of the project everything was resolved and I'm over the moon of the final product.

They were very adaptable to my working and communication style, which made the process of my first large project less stressful. I appreciate the level of respect and thought in their customer service.

I definitely recommend using them and I will for my future projects as well! I am very happy with the quality of work.

We contracted with Integrity after being ripped off by a scam company that splashed on paint without scraping old peeling paint, who left streaks of primer showing and refused to do any of the stucco or rotted wood repairs in their contract, and more. We were so lucky to find Integrity. They truly lived up to their name! Patrick, who did the estimate, was conscientious and thorough, identifying problems like rotting wood and flaking paint on eaves that I had not noticed. He made every effort to limit costs, and checked with me before approving subcontractor estimates. They did a great job on stucco repair, replaced rotted wood siding, repaired rotted eaves, trenched and painted below the surface to waterproof, carted away the dirt contaminated by old paint flakes and replaced it with fresh soil. Workers were efficient, considerate, and cleaned up everything daily. They got done faster than expected. Octavio, the site manager, checked in regularly, and Benjamin, the owner, came out and reviewed the job then refunded us an appropriate amount. They were responsive both to us as owners and to our tenants, and did high quality work! We highly recommend Integrity Painting and Contracting!

We have done at least 6-7 projects with Integrity Paint at our house.

Simply put: we go to them for everything. Large-scale, small-scale...whatever we need.

Ben, Octavio, and team are reliable, responsible, and punctual. Also, they are just generally nice, friendly, respectful guys to have around the house.

They take pride in their work, always deliver top notch, detail-oriented outcomes, and they are clean.

Their pricing is transparent and fair. They don't try and upsell you on things you don't need. For example, there was something we wanted the team to do that was actually an easy thing my wife and I could have done. Ben told us that and then gave us some tips for how we could do it. That's the kind of trust that makes you go back to someone again and again.

Projects the team has done for us:
- Garage remodel
- Basement remodel
- Wall crack repairs
- Exterior fascia and roofing repairs
- Outdoor shed
- Multiple interior and exterior paint jobs
- Mounting and other small odd jobs

Below is a before and after picture of our garage just to give you a sense of how good they are.

From the moment we met Benjamin, we had a good feeling about this company. They came highly recommended from our neighbors, who had previously hired the team to paint their house. Benjamin was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and easy to speak with. I did not find him to be pushy or a salesman-type person trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was very mindful of our needs and worked with us to scale the project to our budget without compromising the quality of the service. We hired the team to paint 3/4 of the exterior of our three-story home (which included repairing gaps in the wood and addressing areas of dry rot) and to repair the back wood staircase (which included finding the best way to make it more secure and safe).

The crew assigned to the project was fantastic, especially the project/site manager, Octavio. His communication was consistent and clear, which is what you want during a big job like ours. He was everywhere and seemed to be doing everything he could to ensure the crew was on their daily tasks, had what they needed to do the work, and that the work was done to the company's and our expectations. He even reinforced that the site not be left in a disarray after hours. I truly appreciated how he approached the project as if it were his own home. For example, he frequently walked the site, and if he felt the work could be tighter, he communicated that to the crew. He also pointed out things to me, which, by the end of the project, allowed me to become more knowledgeable about many aspects of the work and why certain material or approaches were being done. Octavio was also not pushy or a salesman-type person either. He patiently explained the work to me and the why. I got the sense that he truly loved working for the company, enjoyed his job and doing great work, and making his clients happy.

The finished work is beautiful. Many of our neighbors and tenants have commented on how great the house looks, especially the enhancement to the color scheme, which I totally give credit to Octavio and my partner. Octavio was extremely helpful and patient as we struggled to make our final decisions.

Overall, working with Benjamin, Octavio, and the crew was a great experience. Their flexibility was priceless. Despite a few additional requests we added to the project scope, the work still wrapped up on schedule. They definitely have the perfect name, "Integrity," as it truly aligns with all the people we encountered during the project and the service we were provided.

We hired them to complete another project (tree removal), which I will write a separate review for, as this one is already fairly lengthy:-)
