Hi I absolutely love my 7x14 with 4ft walls PURPLE dump trailer! Casandra sweet lady who made this whole experience nice and easy!! It took 2 weeks for production which came quickly. They were unfortunately 4hrs away so I paid for delivery and Bryan who delivered it went over everything with me! Nice guy, thank him again for saving me a trip too! I can’t wait to get more trailers in the future with them! Deff recommend TopShelf!!

We recently purchased a dump trailer from Top Shelf Trailers, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

My teenage daughters started a junk removal business not too long ago, and it has grown quickly. They outgrew their truck and small trailer, so it was time to invest in a dump trailer. While researching options across Florida, we came across Top Shelf Trailers, but as a small, family-run business ourselves, we really value supporting local businesses here in North Florida.

Bought my trailer about year ago and have not been nice or easy on it. Not a single issue. Solid as a rock. Tows and works everyday. I would ONLY buy these trailers from now on. I have the 7x14x4. I will be back for a gooseneck dump next!

I had a great experience with Top Shelf Trailers. The trailer itself is high quality, solidly built, and exactly what I was looking for. Magen was excellent to work with — friendly, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. They took the time to walk me through a detailed demonstration so I understood exactly how to operate everything, and the whole pickup process was quick and smooth.

An added bonus was being able to use my gate card when registering the trailer in Georgia, which meant no taxes were due — that made the deal even better.

Just received my second trailer. Blown away. So many little updates from just a year and a half ago when I bought my first one. 7x14x4 first trailer this time 16.
Their prices are insane (good insane) and unstable. Customer service is top notch and quality is incredible. Beats any local trailer company by thousands. I have people locally trying to resale their USED trailers for more than these come hot off the press! Stop your search, don’t wait. Press the payment button (well they don’t have one but you get the point).

Huge shout out to my sales rep Megan! from start to finish went above and beyond to get me squared away with my 7x14 Dump trailer! was going to do basic black(no offense to those who do lol) but we went ahead and went with the cobalt blue which matches my truck extremely well. Awesome company to deal with. Every time I had a question about the trailer build they answered the phone. I never had to leave a message. The driver who delivered my dump trailer was great. Took his time going over the trailer with me. Megan in the office was great to deal with. Over all the trailer is built well. Better than what I can get where I am. Only down side is the paint quality isn’t the greatest but I guess it is a dump trailer

Not even home yet from picking it up and can say I’m not very impressed with the paint quality at all. Not even 24 hours old just going down the road. I understand stand it’s a dump trailer but I will be lucky if it doesn’t rust out this first winter with how the paint quality is.

Well after getting home found a lot more paint missing or chipped. I feel if I look at it wrong the paint will flake. Kinda disappointing on a trailer that was almost $12,000. Literally just got rid of a dump trailer that had horrible paint and I fell like it continues.

So grateful for our awesome dump trailer and the excellent experience!!! We had been following this company for months looking for a dump trailer. From the first minute we called and Reva answered, we knew that their knowledge of the product and customer service was absolutely the best in this industry. We ordered our trailer, showed up and it was all ready to go. Keith was *super* patient with us and our 4 kids as we went through everything about the trailer. We zoomed back the 9 hours to Virginia and are already working the trailer this morning picking up the first loads. Truly a fantastic experience with a great company. It was also telling how engaged and cheerful all of the employees were, from the guys in the mechanic shop to the office staff.

The trailer showed up today (9/23/24 8pm) and is amazing. Customer service is out of this world. It's so much better than any other trailer i have seen. The price beat everyone. I got every upgrade they had for my trailer. I will still buy from this company, no doubt at all! I will give a 6-month review later on and let everyone know how it performs after breaking it in. Delivered it right to my house for free. I also advise on getting the hydraulic jack because i doubt i go to anything else. I also recommend getting the wireless remote.
Update: Although I still like the trailer and customer service, it is the best around. The paint is not so much. Not prepped very well because, as you can see from the pictures, it was dropped off at the end of September, and for 3 months, you can see the rust is starting to come through. Another 4 months it it will be all rusted. Update: they fixed all the paint issues, and it came out great. Best company put there. 100% back their stuff.

Amazing customer service was between 2 different brands but after a few calls and the build sheet. This trailer is built stronger and set up better than the competitors. I own a Dump trailer dumpster service. Top shelf trailers are a great value for the price. 4 hinges on the dump body and thick frame rails. Doors are tough and simple with sturdy door hold open pins. If your looking for a strong trailer with a telescopic lift that’s competitively priced these are it. If you want a fancy powder coated trailer with dexter axles look at some other manufactures.

Good trailers I will buy more as my business expands.

Small things I would like to see changed.
1. Tag location is bad. It’s close the ground and smacks everything at the landfills.
2. Mask things before paint. Latch’s , landing gear, axles.
3. The electric brakes never really work well compared to Dexter.
