Last Friday I called WiredVillage Boardgames to ask about a game they had in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else. Brian answered and was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to walk me through all the details of the item, especially since it was shipping to a different province. The game arrived perfectly packaged, and it was clear he took extra care to ensure everything arrived safely and that I was happy with my purchase. Excellent customer service from Brian, really appreciated !!

Came across a random social media post recommendating a couple two person games I'd never heard of. Sure enough, when I checked the local boardgame store, they had them in stock. I reached out to see if they could deliver Canada Post because it is the only company that services my area. After a prompt response, I placed an order and it was shipped in no time! (store is in my closest town, but in winter that's a short plane ride away lol) Package arrived well packed and appropriately sized, everything inside looks perfect! tysm WiredVillage Boardgames!

Very disappointed in this store. They cancelled my order and won't respond to why it was cancelled.
I ordered some pokemon cards from them online. On release day, I received an email saying the condition of one of my products was damaged and whether not to proceed with shipment. I responded within 30min to please go ahead with my order as I was going to open it anyways. A few days later they contact me again to re-confirm. I re-confirmed with them a second time and just minutes later, they cancelled my order. I reached out to them to understand why they cancelled my order and they won't respond to my email.
They probably saw the product go up in price and looking to scalp the products at a higher price instead. Tried to get buyers to cancel orders by showing a damaged product. This is the first and last time I will ever buy from this store. Beware.
