From the start, the service was seamless—check-in was a breeze and they were able to process my Flex Spending (FSA). Kristina was incredibly knowledgeable; she answered all my questions about how neurotoxins help TMJ and discussed future treatment options naturally without a heavy sales pitch.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience with Nurse Kristina! This was my first time at the Express Med Spa and she made me feel so comfortable right away. Her positive energy and fun personality made the whole appointment enjoyable, but she was also super informative and professional. I was sooo nervous about getting a lip flip but it’s something thought about for quite a while and was looking for somewhere to go so I popped into a moms group on FB and MULTIPLE people recommended not only Express Med Spa but Kristina as well!! Kristina is the best! I was really struggling with my face postpartum and had no idea what to do. I had started the process of booking an appointment on the website several times and then got distracted and never pulled the trigger. Kristina ended up texting me asking what I was looking for and answered all my questions. We scheduled the appointment over text which was awesome for a busy mom with two babies under 18 months. The actual evaluation and appointment was great. Kristina was thoughtful in her analysis of my skin and suggestions. We’ve done microneedling twice and I truly feel like my skin is finally on its way to a good spot. Couldn’t recommend Kristina enough!!

I had a great visit with Kristina this med spa in Shorewood. She was very informative and has a way of making you feel comfortable even if you don’t know her. She’s extremely easy to talk to and honest about what she thinks you should and shouldn’t have done, which I really appreciated. She makes sure you don’t get more work done than what’s actually needed.

She helped smooth out the lines between my eyebrows and made my brows symmetrical again and slightly lifted , and I’m very happy with my results. I’m already looking forward to going back and hopefully trying filler next. Her customer service skills were also excellent — she even told me about the rewards program, which the front desk associate didn’t mention at all. Overall, I was very happy with both the results and the professionalism she provided.

I absolutely adore this med spa! Kristina was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. I did the nose slimming Botox and she explained it all, and the procedure was painless! It was so quick and I was in and out and the difference was incredible! I am recently new to Botox and fillers. I had no idea what was what. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have all my procedures done by a RN , her name is Kristina. She explained everything to me, made me feel so comfortable and was very patient with all my decisions. I love how she gives me suggestions but lets me decide at the end. Kristina will never push you to have anything done that you do not want done. All her knowledge is great and her services are even greater. 20/10! Most definitely recommend!! I met with Kristina for my very first facial ever and it was just an awesome experience. She explained to me everything she was doing while doing it. Made me feel very comfortable. We also talked about different skin types and what would help with certain skins she recommended certain facials and products that would help and my skin has improved so much because of her!!
