I recently attended a CPR and First Aid course with Vancouver First Aid, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The course was very well organized, informative, and engaging.
A special appreciation to Mr. Sunil, our instructor, who explained every concept clearly and thoroughly. He made the theory easy to understand and ensured that everyone was confident before moving on. The practical training was hands-on and extremely helpful, which made the learning process both effective and enjoyable.
Thanks to his clear instruction and supportive teaching style, I was able to understand the material deeply and successfully pass my assessment with very good results. I genuinely feel more confident and prepared to handle emergency situations now.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional, comprehensive, and well-delivered CPR and First Aid training.

The first aid course was outstanding and extremely beneficial. It provided new and up-to-date information about various injuries, along with ideal and well-organized practical training. The instructor, Kyle, had a friendly, interactive, and engaging style he felt like a friend during the discussions, which made the learning experience enjoyable and easy to understand. We truly appreciate his great efforts and professionalism.

Normally good experiences from this school but aside from one impatient instructor?
I've been to this school training for a few times, once for a mask fitting out in the Surrey Newton area and the other day in Coquitlam for first aid courses, only had good experience those times.
Today the instructor Lalita just seemed a little odd? Little rude to the other students and impatient. For context we were a class of 5 people most of us booked for the second day of first aid (the first day had a different instructor and was great) very small class mind you.
She was saying phrases things like. "Ive already repeated myself already." And why are you guys so slow? "My other class would've finished this scenario already." Alot of answers that weren't helpful either, a lot "sighs" like we were wasting her time.
Weird thing was... , we were on time. Our class actually finished early, an hour early as a matter of fact before the next batch of students needed to come in for their mask fitting at around 3. The exam and theory was simple!
If we were a small class and finished early, what's the rush then? Why get so upset over 5 people for? The course is SUPPOSED to help save lives in the real world so why be upset for needing to explain things for the students that are confused? Complaining that we are slow and humiliating the students does nothing but make it harder for them to ask questions. It is the most important that people understand because these people want to help and save lives!
If you have the time to finish early, and the class is small then you have no excuse, take your time!
It almost seemed like she had something to else to do outside of work because she left at the start for a 10 minute call for family reasons. I'll give this school and the instructor the benefit of the doubt because maybe this was a bad day for her but I won't be going to this location again.

Kyle was a very friendly and thorough instructor! I was able to ask as many questions I needed and I felt very safe in my learning process as I am a bit shy to ask questions, kyle was very kind and covered all topics thoroughly- I would highly reccomend this class to anyone! After years of using this place I can say this is my go to training spot!

Instructor Tulika was amazing! A+++! Very informative, knowledgeable, and easy to approach! There's plenty of parking on site, but make sure to park underground so your vehicle won't get towed. Highly recommend!!!

I attended my first aids class today. The instructor (Lalita) was super friendly and explained everything so clearly that it was easy to understand. Since she is an NP, she is knowledgeable which made the class even better.

Yesterday was my last day of the Standard First Aid & CPR course. The instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name for the review — he was a tall white man (sorry if that sounds rude). Over the past two days, the instructors’ teaching inspired me to want to teach others as well, so I applied for a CPR instructor job. They truly had a positive influence on me

I was supposed to do my training at the Richmond location but was told on the day (like 40 mins before the start time) that my course was cancelled. Good thing Coquitlam location did not take long for me to get there. So 1 star for that!
Lalita, the Coquitlam instructor, did the training well. So 5 stars for that.

I have been taking first aids class many times but this is the most effective concised class I have ever been. Thanks to Tulika the instructor that have given very positive atmosphere, pleasant and comprehensive information to all of us. Glad that I chose this class (very recommended).

I signed up for a two-day class and after completing the first day, the second class was cancelled without any notice. Waited almost 30 minutes outside before calling customer service and they rebooked me for another day but at another location that's really inconvenient for me.
