I called Precision to make an appointment to service my garage door for preventative maintenance. The representative was very professional and able to schedule me an appointment for the same day and time that fit my schedule. The technician arrived on time and introduced himself and we discussed any concerns that I may have about my door. Willi immediately went to work and put my garage door through its paces, watching and listening for any problems. He brought out his tools and checked every nut and bolt and lubricated all parts necessary. Willi was very thorough in his work.
Precision has been excellent from the day they installed our garage door. I highly recommend them, a very professional company!

Service technician Waylon called ahead before coming and was able to come earlier than scheduled time which was a plus. Offered 2 price options and explained what needs to be replaced and the warranties involved. No pressure to pick which one I wanted. Completed the job in the time that he said it would take. Was very courteous, asked if there was anything else that needed to be addressed and if I have any questions and offered if any issues come up or questions to call him.
Precision charges more than most other smaller companies locally but use premium parts.

I recently had Precision Door of Savannah install a new garage door and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they delivered top-notch, very professional service.
Work Quality: The installation was outstanding. The team was meticulous, precise, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The new door looks fantastic, operates smoothly and quietly, and everything was finished to a high standard. You can tell they take real pride in their craftsmanship.
Punctuality: They arrived right on time for both the initial visit and the installation day. No waiting around or rescheduling issues — they respected my time completely.
Ease of Working With Them: The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The staff was friendly, communicative, and easy to work with from the first phone call through the final walkthrough. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.
Precision Door of Savannah provided very good service all around. If you need garage door work in the Savannah area, I highly recommend them — you won’t find a more professional and reliable team. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future needs!
