The Primal Health & Wellness team have been amazing. They were able to answer any and all questions that I had. I have been on the shot for 6 weeks now and with a good diet and exercise, I have lost inches and weight! The process was very smooth and I am so excited for my weight loss journey. Im giving them a 4 for now. I really liked Josh and his videos. There are links or videos for almost any question. Im not loosing any weight currently and haven't in weeks. I did switch from one medication to another. But still expected some results or some sort of curve to my cravings. We shall see if it starts working but after 6 weeks nothing.

Two years ago I was at 199lbs. My cholesterol was up and so was my blood pressure and I couldn’t take the medication my doctor gave me due to the side effects. So I decided to talk to Josh at Primal Health and see what my next steps were. I started on Semaglutide in May of 2023 and in my first year I lost 50lbs. Throughout my second year I had lost another 30 lbs. You have to be patient, the results do not always come right away. You also have to be ready to make some lifestyle changes and make sure you follow all of the recommendations given so that your journey is successful.
