I don't know where Imagnan moved to but they had really good service and products. I had problems refilling a black cartridge and the nice kid behind the counter took the time to show me how to refill. I can't give it 5 stars because the next time I had a problem with my cartridge I went back and the kid had quit working there and the receptionist was not willing to help me. It took 2 weeks but they finnally just replaced the cartridge.
