Update:8/28/26
Will to the rescue! Husband dropped phone and we rushed to get there before closing. Will is our savior! Husband on call, so imperative that we get his phone fixed ASAP. Will got the job done, and even stayed 15 mins late. We appreciate all of you guys so much. Thank you!!!!!!

My husband brought his phone in to clear up plug schmutz and dealt with Eric. Outstanding service!! He was in and out in about 15 minutes. Amazing business, highly recommend!

I had to have the battery replaced on my key fob, Eric was very helpful. He replaced the battery, which was under a lifetime warranty, showed me how to use the key from the fob if the fob doesn’t work & tested to make sure everything worked begins left. This is wonderful customer service.

Excellent service on a Saturday when my usual mechanic was closed. Price was good and service fast. I will not be returning to my usual mechanic for the next battery replacement.

My Pixel 5 discharges too fast and needs a new battery. The West Lebanon Batteries Plus store refused to replace the battery without also replacing the phone's screen. This triples the price for something I do not need, as the screen on my phone is like new. I will find another repair service to change only my battery.
