The dentist and his staff are always so professional and friendly. At my most recent visit they used a new device that numbs your gums before the novocaine shot. I did not feel the needle at all. What a difference compared to the numbing gel. I highly recommend Signature Smiles. Bobbi L.

I have been a loyal patient of this dental office for many years, which is why I was extremely disappointed by how my account was handled.

I received two bills in the mail for a $262 balance that I believed may have been a duplicate charge. Without any phone call or personal communication to discuss the issue, my upcoming appointment was canceled and my account was sent directly to collections.

After being a long-time patient, I expected much better communication and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before such action was taken. A simple courtesy call would have gone a long way.

Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a patient and very disappointed in how the situation was handled.

Couldn’t be happier with Dr. Monsmon and his staff. I had a root canal today and he was gentle and efficient and very kind. His staff is wonderful.

Dr Monsman and his staff are top notch. My family and I won't go anywhere else. He makes sure to keep up with technology and they even have a thing they rub on your gums before the shots and it makes it so you don't really even feel them. Super great place!

Dr. Monsman and staff are awesome. They are down to earth, professional, comforting... and funny. There's no reason to fear dentists or dentistry here. From cleanings to fillings to a root canal, I've always had a good experience. Dr. Monsman is carrying on the kind and gentle tradition of Dr. Laemmer. We are lucky to have him and his staff in Bradford.

Beyond impressed with this great little organization in our small hometown. Chelsea, whom is a dental hygienist, was compassionate and quick to answer any and all questions with knowledge and expertise. Bonus- my gums did not hurt after she flossed my teeth. I would highly recommend seeing Chelsea for your dental care!

Today was our first visit to Signature Smile Design. I couldn’t be happier. I had the best cleaning from Chelsea that I have had in years. She took her time and was so nice to my son and I. All the staff was amazing and very friendly. Will definitely be keeping them as my dentist.

The staff at Signature Smile Designs is wonderful. Husband and I go for regular 6 month cleanings, along with our children for 6 month cleanings.

Recently, I went for a wisdom tooth removal and it was a quick and painless process.

If looking for a reliable dentist office and a great environment for patients of all ages, I more than recommend this office.
