Anthony & Sylvester from Ned’s (formerly Gutter Guys) performed the gutter cleaning service on my home. They removed a significant amount of roof shingle and tree branch/leaf debris from a tree strike to the house. Photos below. They arrived promptly. Prior to their arrival I received a text notifying me and providing an arrival window. They were outfitted with safety gear, took pictures and saved the bagged gutter remnants for me to provide to my insurance company. They also noted damage to the gutters/downspouts from the tree strike both in the front and back of my home as the tree spanned the width of my house, damaging the rear gutter as well and dumping significant debris in the gutters and on the ground in the backyard.
Highly recommend Ned’s for gutter cleaning and will be using them again without reservation for our Fall gutter cleaning.

We’ve been using this service for several years for regular gutter cleaning. They do a great job removing debris and flushing gutters, even in hard to reach spots on our roof. At tentative service and the guys would quickly, efficiently and clean up any debris.

I have been using Gutter Guys for about 8 years now and have always been happy with their service. And now that it's part of Ned's Home we are just as happy with the service that they did last week for our gutters. And customer service whenever I have needed to speak to them has always been great. No complaints and highly recommend!

Gutter Guys used to be my go-to for gutter cleaning, but when I called today, its clear the experience has gone downhill. When I called to schedule a routine cleaning, I had to spend nearly 15 minutes listening to sales pitches for additional services instead of simply booking the appointment. The constant upselling became so frustrating that I eventually gave up and told them I'd think about it. If you're just looking for a straightforward gutter cleaning, be prepared for a hard sell. I saw reading the reviews they were sold so I guess the new company needs to make their $ back!

Gutter Guys has been bought by a NJ company. Gutter Guys used to give us a week or two notice they were coming so we could cancel if we wanted to. This time a company I had never heard of texted me and said they were on their way. They gave me about 15 minutes notice - I had not received notice that Gutter Guys had sold the client list to this new company so I thought the text was spam. But no - there they were climbing all over my roof without me having an opportunity to cancel. Now they want me to pay for something I would have cancelled. Also, I'm a big believer in keeping my money in the local economy and I have learned that this new company did not take any of the Stamford technicians with them when they took over Gutter Guys. I will be canceling the contract and finding a local provider who employs local people so I can support the local economy, not the economy of New Jersey.
