If you're looking for something healthy and tasty to eat, I'd recommend this place! Their salad bowls are really delicious and healthy. I love going here for lunch! I also like to pick up an energy ball if I forgot to have breakfast and those are also tasty with an airy/soft texture I've never had in an energy ball before. I also want to mention that customer service there is excellent :)

Jerk chicken wrap was 10/10, medium salad by the scoop was a 9.5/10, service was kind, and I appreciated the no frills design. Felt homey and peaceful. Would recommend if you’re looking for a healthy and easy lunch.

If you’re looking for healthy, nutritious vegan food in Toronto, Fruitful Market is in a class of its own. I knew we had to visit after reading about their chickpea tempeh bowls, so we put on our walking shoes and headed across the river. I ordered the Fruitful Bowl with their signature roasted cauliflower chickpea salad, the chopped salad, and the tempeh. It was just what I was craving. Full of protein and healthy veggies. The tempeh was incredible. It is marinated in an oil-free tamari sauce and roasted. My husband loved the tempeh avocado wrap full of greens and juicy tomatoes. The owner was knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. We can’t wait to return.

Absolutely delicious breakfast burrito in a cute, homey store on Carlaw with a vibe you don’t really get from West End Toronto offerings. Great options of all my favourite “artisan” brands of granola, coffee, chips and more. Prepared entrees and lunch options both looked great as well. Not a local to the neighbourhood but hope to be back when I’m around next.

Excellent place to grab a quick healthy lunch. This place reminds me of the many “grab and go” LA has to offer with healthy salads and a protein to top it off. This place is what you would consider flexitarian (meaning this place offers meat and plant protein as an easy replacements). Plus the cafe does just about everything and there’s wide array of pastries including gluten free and dairy free options.

Loved the catering I got - really fresh and delicious gluten free options. The energy and protein balls were a highlight. The smoothies were excellent, serving sizes large for everything. Highly recommend!

TLDR - Your local community food place - amazing breakfast wraps - sells local goods as well!

Have tried the pesto chicken wrap, the chick n avocado wrap, great taste.

It’s a bit $$$ but I believe you get the quantity and taste quality for the money you pay!

Love this place. Started coming here while Keto for their low carb breakfast option and have been coming back since because the breakfast wraps are so good. See photos for examples. They also have local hot sauces and other items for sale.

I thoroughly enjoy my first visit here. A great space with lots of wonderful nutritious and delicious foods. A great selection of panty staples and frozen items. Fruit and locally made foods. Beautiful doughnuts and a wide selection of beverages! The staff were very friendly and I very much enjoyed my items. Will be back!
