Very impressed with every aspect of this establishment. Walked in without an appointment and was greeted by a very professional young lady named Savannah. I told her the spefici stone that I was looking for and she in turn had a sales rep named Murat assist me. Murat was very friendly, knowledgable and eager to help. I did not make the purchase the first day because I needed to show the stone to my business associate. I proceeded to stop by another day just to look at the stone one more time, but it was Murat's day off. Even though I was just making a quick stop to look at the stone again, what was most impressive about that specific visit was that Savannah took the time to ask my name and even though I didn't ask her too, she called Murat on his day off to let him know I had stopped by. Really appreciate her taking the initiative. My associate and I returned today and finialized the purchase. There are many different businesses in Southern California to buy stone slabs, but I encourage anyone looking for a great selection, fair pricing, and the absoulute best customer service to give Murat a call. Oh, and that friendly professional answering the phone might just be Savannah.

If you're looking to renovate your kitchen or bathroom countertops, I cannot recommend Marble Unlimited enough! I went to at least a dozen showrooms all over the SFV and SGV and even OC trying to locate the perfect countertop for my kitchen before I found Marble Unlimited. Walking into the showroom, I was blown away by the huge selection of different marbles, quartzites, and other stones. They look exactly like the countertops you see on instagram and pinterest, just so jaw-droppingly gorgeous and flawless. Fun fact is MU was even featured on Property Brothers! I felt like I was walking through a museum at MU, each stone was like nature's artwork. Even though MU's stones are designer quality, they work with trade professionals to provide affordable pricing. Not only are the materials at MU top-notch, so is the team! I can't recommend Jackie enough, who is the best sales rep ever, and Sammy who is a rare gem of a manager who makes sure you are taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to provide the best service. They were so friendly, patient, honest, and communicated so well with me throughout. Go to MU... guaranteed you will not be disappointed!

We had visited the site twice, spent a lot of time, and picked out a very nice granite slab. Then everything fell apart. Marble Unlimited would not agree to sell the granite to our fabricator, because he did not have a license. Their claim is that they want to avoid dealing with unqualified fabricators, but our contractor (who hired the fabricator) said the license is optional, and it's more likely they have a set of "favorites" that they try to steer customers toward. I honestly don't know who to believe. Maybe both. But fair enough, if they will not sell, that is their prerogative.

What happened next is not acceptable. I spoke to Marble Unlimited's sales manager to try to get the sale to go though, and she was dismissive and rude. She refused to give me any details about what license in particular they were looking for, and then she just hung up on me. Then I called the salesman himself. When I pressed him on the reasons why he will not sell us the granite, he cursed at me and hung up.

Do yourself a favor and verify in advance whether your fabricator is acceptable to Marble Unlimited. Or think twice about buying from a shop that treats potential customers in such an unprofessional way.

Never before have I seen such a seemingly endless, incredible collection of mesmerizing stone products in colors & textures unimagined. Everyone entering my home is awed by the stone purchased from Marble Unlimited due to its uniqueness & the manner it accentuates my kitchen cabinets. Marble Unlimited is the ONLY supplier in my book. And, by the way, their products are very reasonably priced & the service is top flight.

Fantastic selection and prices! We had to redo the kitchen in our rental, and we got beautiful marble which was on special at a great rate. It increased the value of property!
