Had a hose dragging. They saw me that day and reattached it for no charge. Second time bringing my car there. They're always so kind, prompt, and professional.

We recently had a sudden major issue with our Audi. Being new to Falmouth, we were unsure where to go. Falmouth Motorcars was incredibly helpful and reasonable. Their communication was clear and timely.
They did a great job us at a great price. Many Thanks!!

Spent almost 200 dollars for them to fix nothing. They couldn’t event put a belt on my car. They said the mechanic couldn’t get it to stay on. I brought it home and put it on and has been fine for a month. They try to sell you things you don’t need. Do not go here.
Is now Been about a year and belt is still working fine. And the 5 items they said I needed to pass inspection I needed none. It’s passed 2 inspections done found there.

Went in to get my transmission diagnosed after my truck had trouble shifting to high gears. They told me my whole transmission needed to be completely replaced. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion where they replaced my transmission fluid and sensor, and now my truck runs better than ever. Most disappointed at finding my drain bolt freshly stripped and overly tightened after bringing my truck to falmouth motorcar. Everybody there was very friendly but unfortunately I will not be taking my truck back there.

DO NOT USE
Sad... took my truck here for a bearing and they tried to sell me
4 calipers
4 rotors
4 brakes and all 4 bearings.
When I told them I just had all 4 calipers brakes and rotors done they copted an attitude.
They gave .e my truck back with no brake pedal, I had to take it somewhere else to get them bled.

Used car salesman tactics.
