I was originally the girl that thought I did not need a wedding coordinator. I met Deb at a wedding expo, and knew I wanted her help as a day-of coordinator, so I didn’t have to make my family and friends do all the hard work. Deb was incredible. She got started working on my day months in advance with an outline, came to a walkthrough of the venue with me, and connected with all the vendors to insure no hiccups day of. She put all the decorations together, set up the centerpieces, and even helped box some things up before she left at the end of the night. Even better, she really felt like a family member helping. She is so kind, caring, and just wants you to have the best day ever. Which is exactly what happened for my Husband and I. Things would not have been as easy without her. If anything, hire them as day of coordinator. It will be 100% worth it!! Thank you for everything, Deb!

Deb was so great to work with! At the time we started working together, we had only secured my wedding venue and photographer/videographer. She truly helped bring my wedding vision to life — from designing all of our printed materials (save the dates, invitations, wedding signage, etc.) to connecting us with the best vendors. Her calm, steady presence made the entire process so much less stressful, especially in the days leading up to our wedding during our final venue walkthrough and our rehearsal.

On the day of the wedding, Deb and her assistant handled everything — decorating, coordinating vendors, and even setting up/taking down our photobooth and custom neon sign at the end of the night. As a type A bride, I wanted to actually enjoy my day and feel like the guest of honor instead of the host, and Deb made that possible. Deb with Intrust was my day-of wedding coordinator, and she could not have done a better job making our day run smoothly. She was so easy to talk to and work with! She helped me stay organized with a very detailed spreadsheet outlining my entire wedding day, which helped me greatly when communicating with vendors. She did a great job working with all of my vendors as well! She coordinated greatly with my DJ and caterer to ensure the timeline ran smoothly. When my cake delivery was running behind, she took care of it and the issue never even reached me. That was so truly appreciated, as she didn’t want to worry me or my husband on our day. Overall, I would definitely recommend Intrust for wedding planning, or any event, as they took a lot of weight off my shoulders and did so very kindly.

Deb and Intrust Events was one of the best vendor choices we could have made! Having the team the day of our wedding to handle all of the (inevitable) last minute tasks and needs eliminated my husband and I's stress and allowed for a seamless day. They went above and beyond to run out and grab things that we missed, and to coordinate vendors that were running behind and to answer guest inquiries. Aside from that, Deb's presence was calming and confident- taking away all of my concerns from the moment our rehearsal started the day before. Deb was amazing for our wedding! We had a wedding that had multiple venues and locations. Our guests got to where they needed to be per our schedule all thanks to Deb! Deb was indispensable on our wedding day! Having handled the majority of the planning myself, I was doubtful I needed a day-of coordinator, but I am beyond happy to have brought Deb on board. Leading up to the wedding, she helped craft a detailed schedule that all of the vendors and members of the wedding party found tremendously useful. She then navigated tension with the venue in regards to the rehearsal and set up.

On the wedding day, Deb ensured all of the vendors knew when and where to set up. She kept me updated before I arrived at the venue. Deb (Intrust Events) was the Day-Of wedding coordinator for our August 2024 wedding. We felt an immediate release of stress and worry once we hired her. She was able to coordinate far more than just the day of the wedding. Deb helped us build the timeline for the day, coordinated the set up for our various vendors (flowers, DJ, cake and photographer), and seamlessly addressed several last minute hiccups on the day of the wedding. When we arrived at the venue, she took over making sure any last-minute payments were made, guests were taken care of, and that the bride and groom were in the right place at the right time for all of the big events. Working with Intrust Event Planning and its owner Deb was a great experience. We hired Intrust to help plan and cater a graduation party for 250+ people. The event was a huge success.
