Shipped fast. Havent had the chance to install.or use because we are a few weeks away from going hot. But i have nothing negative to say. Easy website to navigate and everything went perfectly. I would shop again here for sure.

I've ordered from Essential about 15 times. Material always has arrived in good condition, and in a timely manner. There were 2 times I ordered in stock materials. Orders were processed, monies charged to my card, delivery conformations send. But at some point a few days later I received a refund for non-stock items. I feel this should have been discovered the order being placed. I had to start over at another supplier for the same materials. That put me behind in an unnecessary position. Overall Essential has been easy to deal with, and has what I'm looking for the majority of the time ...... 4 Stars!

This was my first time ordering from Essential Electric Supply. They had everything I needed at excellent prices. My order was filled right away and arrived a few days later. Communication from the company was only what was necessary. Overall experience with this company was excellent and I would gladly do business with again.

First off, I had the wrong item delivered, nowhere near what I ordered. I reached out and got a Zach, very helpful abs found and got the new item sent out, (Fingers Crossed)! What left an even bigger bad taste in my mouth was, I was told to buy another piece, AGAIN, and then they would send out my new one. I have yet to recieve my return money although I sent back their wrong item they sent me. And I have yet to receive my correct piece i ordered. This company came highly recommended to me, I won't be doing business with this company anymore. Even after doubling and triple checking the part before I ordered it, and I still received the wrong item. This sucks because this put my fire Inspection waayyy behind for my restaurant and I had to reschedule it! I just hope I get the correct piece when they decide to deliver it, and I will be calling to find out why I was NOT given my return money????

Ordered up my part and the next day, when reviewing the order. Noticed that I ordered the wrong part. Yes, it is my fault, but they had the wrong photo of the part in their description.
This should not happen.
Owner reached out to me and offered to make it right. (On a Saturday no less). Very impressed with the customer service here. They now get 5 stars!
