Legacy has great customer service! They are always very helpful when you call them with any question about a hot tub. The crew that installed my hot tub went above and beyond to get my hot tub where I wanted it! It didn’t take them long either. They were also very helpful with explaining what I needed to do in setting it up! They are all around a trusted company to work with!

Outstanding service! John was fantastic to work with; he was professional, kind, and clearly knows the industry inside and out. He made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. I cant wait for the delivery of my Jacuzzi.

It is great to find a company that prioritizes customer care as much as they do their products. Highly recommend this team.

Bought a great Jacuzzi at Legacy spas in Sarasota. The new infrared light therapy is a great bonus with this spa, and the foot dome is amazing. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Legacy Hot Tubs in Sarasota, FL, and we can’t say enough about what an incredible buying and installation experience it was! From start to finish, the team at Legacy made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Walking into their showroom, we were immediately impressed by the huge selection of hot tubs on display. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect tub for our needs without any high-pressure sales tactics. They took the time to answer all our questions, explain the features of different models, and guide us toward a choice that fit our budget and lifestyle.

The installation process was just as impressive. The delivery team arrived right on time, and they were incredibly professional and careful. They handled everything with precision, making sure our property was respected throughout the setup. Once the tub was in place, they walked us through all the details—how to operate it, maintain it, and get the most out of it. It was clear they weren’t just there to drop it off and leave; they wanted us to feel confident and excited about our new hot tub.

We've been using our hot tub for about two weeks now, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for relaxation and family time.

If you’re in the Sarasota area and considering getting a hot tub, we wholeheartedly recommend Legacy Hot Tubs.
