As BILLA provides nothing to substantiate any of their claims, they are either a rival psychologist or screwing around. Richard came highly recommended by my child's pediatrician and with nearly 30 years at the Children's Hospital he was a godsend to my family. Highly recommended.

Richard Gilman should quit his job as a child psychologist. Found him unprofessional. Does not fulfill his responsiblities as a psychologist. Are you in this profession for the right reasons? Do you believe that psychologists are capable of running scams with other so called "professionals"? CAUTION: to all parents who seek psychologists. Richard Gilman is not worthy of a single star rating. Had to give him a half star so my review can be submitted. Special needs children get a lot of funding in this oil rich province. Some psychologists are out there to get a piece of the pie. Richard Gilman can you sleep at night? Shame on you.
