I had an awesome experience with Accurate Fishing Company! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their products. They made the whole buying experience easy and enjoyable, whether you're a beginner or someone with a lot of fishing experience.

I had recently purchased a BV2-500N-B from one of Accurate's authorized dealers. Upon receiving the reel there was an issue with the low speed 3:1 gearing. I contacted the dealer to inform them of the situation and within 10 minutes I had received an e-mail from one of Accurate's employees.

Fortunately for me, I live relatively close to their Headquarters in Corona, CA, so it was quicker to drive to their facility than to go through the process of mailing my reel in. At the facility I was helped two individuals by the name of Matt and Will. Words don't describe the level of service and attention that I received. Both of these guys went above and beyond anything that I would have ever expected. They swapped out my reel for a new one and even went the extra mile by putting it through a QC test, with me watching, to ensure that everything was functioning properly. They even went so far as to repaint all the lettering.

Not only does Accurate makes some of the best performing products on the market, but they stand behind them as well. Their service speaks volumes about their company. These guys took a bad situation and turned it into one of the best interactions I've had with a company. Thank you Accurate!

When ever I stop in Accurate shop I ask questions about my Accurate equipment and I get answers from the team. There extra effort on tackle suggestions for more productive fishing trips has benefited me for years. The reels are not exactly cheap but worth the price when battling with the more challenging size fish. If my people knew exactly what I paid for Accurate equipment I would be in big trouble. Love the smoothness when the fight is on. Accurate shop maintenance and repairs have been a breeze and quality craftsmanship for decades. Always trying to figure out how to get another Accurate reel in my budget.

The company is solid. Accurate Fishing not only stands by there product but performs like a unicorn , unique and majestic. slight ephasis, but ALL the products are assemble by hand by good people. Like great food grown in organic soil, the products are made and assembled from people who care about their position. They all understand that what they do makes fishermen happy, puts food on the table for some, and that fishing reels are not just reels to all, but a part of a fishermens arsenal.

I have an SR-6. It looks SO nice with a blue spool. I recommend it, if you can afford it. Yes, they are valued more then a typical spinning reel, like a Royals Royces they different, in a very good way.
