We had a great visit with Ann, she was a pure joy. She helped me and my wife with all of our questions, making our apartment search truly pleasant. We will definitely be back.

Pros
I've had the pleasure of being a temporary resident for 5 months. I worked with Jacob to get me in very quickly from out of state. Process was smooth and he accommodated me all the way. Its centrally located to everything Maitland/Casselberry/Altamonte.

The 1/1 w/ Den (acted as an office) unit I had was a beautiful layout. Size of the bathroom could be bigger but if youre a minimalist, its perfect.

Unfortunately, I was never able to fully get settled as I left every month for 1-2 weeks then eventually I had to move out due to an employment change.

Cons:

Its Maitland. Base fee may appear attractive. The additional fees adds up quickly.

The stairs are not for the faint of heart so be mindful. My building did not have a elevator so going up and down second floor with stairs and a toddler could be an extreme hassle despite good exercise.

The bathroom has some plumbing issue in the shower and the toilet. The shower constantly dripped till it continuously rusted. My hot and cold water was installed wrong (so hot was cold, cold was hot). The toilet pump continued to run no matter how many maintenance requests were complete to repair. Overall these two definitely contributed to the high water bills I received since again I was gone for 1-2 weeks at a time each month.

Overall, I recommend this complex to others.

Eddie and Ramon did an incredible job replacing my dishwasher and kitchen faucet! They were professional, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.
It is clear they take pride in their work; they didn't just rush through the repairs, but made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left. Having such a reliable and friendly maintenance team makes living here a great experience.

Came by and had Jacob was great! He walked us around to check out some aparments. The 3bed/2bath was excellent! Great office space! Very large pool area and great location. Close to really good restuarants, coffee shops, etc. Highly recommend!
