As new homeowners with our first HVAC issues, our air went out, they were able to get us on the schedule that same afternoon. Matthew arrived and quickly fixed the problem. The notifications letting us know he was on the way, when he would arrive, and introducing him beforehand made us feel very comfortable. He was also helpful in explaining what was going on and what to be on the lookout for.

When the unit went out again a week later, Matthew returned that same day and ended up figuring out that the outlet was not supplying enough power to the unit. He spent a while working in the hot attic till he figured it out. We appreciated all his efforts and the companies help/understanding in getting us taken care of.

We are having a great experience with them so far.

Central Heating and Cooling of Mississippi did a great job cleaning and servicing my HVAC unit. They took the time to make sure everything was running properly and even gave me several helpful tips to improve my air conditioner’s performance and efficiency. Our air went out the day before July 4th , we call and schedule an appointment and thankfully they were open on the holiday! Our technician Dustin Lancaster was well informed and got the job done very swiftly . He informed us of the issue and shared information about the maintenance package ( it’s a very reasonable price). We will be setting up future services because of this positive encounter with Dustin Lancaster. He did amazing job , great customer service!

Great service! I noted the AC was out at 6:30 am. I called in and made a same day appointment. Technician came in and fixed the AC 4:00 pm on the same day. No suffer from the heat. Central Heating and Cooling of MS, Inc did a great job on there busy season! Highly recommended!!!! Only cost $175
