As a financial advisor, I've worked with other attorneys and paralegals before moving to the Central Coast. I was looking for a trustworthy paralegal to help me with my trust documents. Don’t let the name fool you. This lawyer is highly rated for a reason and I’m so glad I followed the other Google reviews and went with this firm. My mother had an outdated will that a friend had printed online which would not have kept her estate out of probate. Carl helped my mother with her new Trust and Will to avoid probate and it went so smooth! My mom is 80 years old and he took the time to listen to her needs and walked her through every step of the process being kind, professional, transparent and met her in person. The price was very reasonable and was much lower than a competing firm had quoted. All their pricing is up front with no hidden fees. I will definitely be using Pink Legal for my trust and will. I highly recommend this law firm!

Cost of filing a basic LLC here was $899.00 and did not cover filing fees. Discovered most online self-filing options were free or less than $150.00. The paralegal was professional and polite but service had no associated Attorney and offered no legal advice. Did not see any advantage to paying such an exorbitant price for their service (when they also utilized legal templates the same way legal zoom did for much much less)
Edit- added a star because Carl texted me, essentially confirming that you are paying $900.00 to have someone else type your answers into a template rather than doing it yourself. If you are so frightened by computers/online services that it's worth $900.00 to you to avoid them, maybe you should use this business.
2nd Edit- in response to the owner. As most Americans have learned, using online services through companies with good reputations who have served tens of thousands if not millions of customers with highly positive reviews is not any more risky or dangerous than using a local business, If you are concerned about a serious legal matter you should be talking to an attorney, not a paralegal who will refuse to answer any legal questions you might have.

I found Pink Legal via an AI query to determine the best avenue with which to establish a Revocable Trust for my wife and I. We made an appointment with Carl Knoll at the Bakersfield office. Carl was extremely prepared, thorough and professional. He explained all of the options we had to look at and walked us through each step. Once we had the Pour over Will and Trust documentation prepared, we asked Carl to help us establish an LLC for our businesses. He prepared the documentation for this and established the new LLC with the Secretary of State. He then provided detailed instructions on how to record all of the Deeds and placed the LLC and properties into the Trust. Carl has published pricing that is not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. We ended up spending less than we budgeted for all of the services rendered. We would absolutely recommend Carl and Pink Legal to anyone who needs assistance with legal documentation preparation.

Fast, accurate service with awesome customer service from Caitlin! During the sale of a property out of the area, I was told that there needed to be a title correction and delays could extend escrow or the loss of the sale. Of course I freaked out. An AI search later, I found PINK Legal and called because of their Arroyo Grande and Bakersfield offices. Caitlin answered the phone and was the first person in all the we can't do this and you have to do that who listened with kindness and empathy and was able to get not one but two grant deeds done for review by the underwriter in less than 24 hours. The deeds were accurate and the pricing very reasonable.

If I need any other services they handle, I will for sure be back.
