Medical Lien Management is the fourth billing company I’ve worked with, and by far the most effective. Since partnering with them, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both billing and collections. Initially, I had some reservations about their use of overseas support, but those concerns quickly faded thanks to their transparency, excellent communication, fast response times, and overall organization. They run a very structured operation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again and again.
