I contacted Shaw flooring to match existing flooring we had installed 9 or so years ago. After determining the color, etc. I asked them for a list of local installation companies to call. Carefree Carpet was 1 of the 3 I contacted. Of those 3, Carefree, specifically Jeff, was incredibly responsive and thorough in our planning discussions to make sure there was consistency between the existing and new. The installation went very well and Jeff checked on progress several times. Additionally, Carefree had the best price. We are very happy with the product, installation and value received. I highly recommend them and when we have flooring needs in the future, we'll definitely call them again.

This is our second time using Carefree Carpets and Floors, and there is a reason we keep coming back! We had another great experience from start to finish. Cyrenne was wonderful to work with and was professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. Marco did an outstanding job installing our stair runner, and his attention to detail and craftsmanship really showed. Quality products, competitive pricing, and excellent service. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result and would absolutely recommend them!

Cyrene was very helpful in getting me samples quickly as well as getting our carpet installed before new tenants moved in. Always lovely to work with them over at carefree carpet!

My experience with Carefree Carpets was exceptional. Cyrenne listened to what I was looking for and showed me a range of carpet options and colors. I was able to narrow down my selection and get larger samples to try out color shades and weight. After receiving the estimate, the carpet came in within in two weeks. The installers were kind and conscientious. I appreciated that they not only did a great job putting the carpet in, but were careful to move furniture as needed, and they cleaned up thoroughly. I plan to use them again in the future.

The team at Carefree Carpets did an excellent job from start to finish! We worked with Cyrenne to find as close of a match to existing floors that we could find. She gave us great advice and found a very close match. Installation was quick and the installers did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for future flooring jobs
