I called 3 places for a quote to clear a main drain line. Paul had the best quote and would be able to arrive the next day.

Paul helped clear a toilet drain in the basement, it was most likely clogged with paper towels and baby wipes. He quoted $350 on the phone to snake a main drain, when he arrived we didnt find a 3" nor 4" main clean out so he said it would cost an extra $250 to snake from the toilet, as he would need to remove the toilet and reinstall it.

In the end he was able to snake the line and didnt charge the extra $250 toilet removal fee.

Paul did a good job at a reasonable price. Will call again.

Had a pleasure working with these guys. I collected 3 quotes as I always do when it comes down to any substantial amount and field that im not familiar with. They were not the lowest but I liked their professionalism and decided to go with them ( they did underground pipe replacement) . Paul their manager and I guess the owner of the company was a great guy to deal with. Didn’t do much damage on my lawn and left almost no mess. Giving them 5 star , well deserved .

Pavel installed a back water valve in our basement. He did an excellent job. Very clean and hassle free. I had a guy in before Pavel and he told us he would have to install the valve outside - which is more expensive. Pavel did the initial assesment and confirmed the valve could be installed inside. I would highly recommend Pavel and his workers for any drainage/plumbing work required.

I had an emergency water valve issue. The washer valve was badly leaking, and I needed someone to come ASAP to fix it. I called UPR, and I had Paul coming down to fix my issue. Very professional and polite individual. Had my issue fixed in no time. Highly recommend.
