My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the way the staff did their best to get our blood samples taken as fast as they could. It was extremely busy when we came in and we had our 10 month old baby with us since we both need to get our blood test done. Sheena made sure that we got our test done in interval so we could take care of our baby while we were there. Katherine was also worth mentioning as she was super patient with me. I got 2 requisitions that required 9 vials and after 3 vials, my vein closed. She asked me if I had enough water to drink in the morning and I told her not much. She was very calm and explained to me that she'll need to find another vein to get the blood samples for the remaining 6 vials. She's definitely a pro coz she didn't have troubles finding the new vein in the same arm and unlike others who would stab you 2-3 times and wiggles the needle to hopefully draw blood, she did it one time and I didn't felt it at all! Thank you for taking care of us both today. We really appreciate it!

I’m satisfied with my experience here. While it can get quite busy at times and the wait may occasionally be 15–30 minutes longer than expected, I think that’s understandable given how many patients they serve. What stands out most is how professionally and efficiently the staff handle these situations. They remain organized, courteous, and do their best to keep everything running smoothly. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.

I would like to recognize Lauren for her exceptional care. I have naturally small, deep veins, and blood draws are usually very difficult, often requiring multiple attempts by different staff members. Although Lauren is still in training, she found my vein and drew my blood successfully on the first try. She was professional, gentle, and helped make what is normally a stressful experience much easier. Thank you, Lauren, for your excellent care!

Today I visited this lab as a walk-in, and the entire process was completed in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed by how efficient and organized everything was.

The phlebotomist who took my blood, Cora, was extremely professional, kind, and patient. She made the experience comfortable and stress-free with her gentle approach and attention to detail.

I have always had positive experiences at this location, and today’s visit was no exception. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Cora, for the excellent care and service.

I came to LifeLab for a blood test feeling very stressed because my previous experience at the Lonsdale LifeLabs location was not good at all. When I arrived here, Hani welcomed me warmly and was incredibly kind and professional. She also performed my blood draw.

During the procedure, she was patient, gentle, and highly skilled. She helped me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. I am someone with difficult veins, but she managed to give me one of the best blood draw experiences I have ever had.

I am truly very satisfied and so grateful to Hani for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Thank you so much.
