My neighbor was having their roof replaced by C and M when I first moved in to my house. Beings as I live in Lethbridge we are regularly subjected to windy days. Despite their best efforts there was a small amount of debris on my property. Before the crew had left the jobsite they made sure to knock on my door (aswell as the adjacent neighbor on the other side's door) and ask my permission to come through my property to ensure that any garbage or nails from next door had been accounted for. They even brought a magnet for the grass and driveway!. Jared was so professional and thorough making sure his crew had taken care of me and I wasn't even a customer! When I had to replace my own I knew who to call! The customer satisfaction I was expecting was absolutely blown out of the water! Cole was super responsive from the very first call! I received a more than reasonable and accurate quote compared to many others. (I had already decided on C and M to roof my home was just curious lol). Everything was so seamless after that. Cole was so thorough explaining all my options and was able to bring physical samples right to my house to colour match the perfect shingles! I currently am running my business out of my home so I need steady access to my residence monday to friday. C and M organized a crew to come out on a Saturday and they must have brought the all stars! They exceeded my scheduling requirements and I highly recommend C and M if you are wanting a care-free experience with guaranteed satisfaction on any roofing project.

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I definitely would. My roof was leaking in all that rain we had, to the point of my ceiling collapsing in my house. Cole was nice enough to come over in the pouring rain a few days before I had the roof re-shingled to tarp our house so the water damage wouldn't get any worse.

Not to mention, when I explained the water situation, they were here within days to fix the roof. Other companies were quoting weeks.

These guys are very affordable and I was not charged extra for the emergency visit. 100% excellent customer service!

I found a piece of a shingle in my yard. Phoned Cole and he was able to have Jared come out and take a look right away. He was very honest and was able to tell me that my roof was still in great condition and no further action was needed. Appreciated the quick response and honesty. Definitely recommend C and M roofing.

After our latest lovely southern Alberta windstorm, Cole graciously came to take a look and give an estimate. He came a couple of days later to repair and replace a few shingles. I highly recommend C&M roofing! Definitely will call on them again. Thank you Cole!

After intense winds, some of the shingles on my garage flew away. I called Cole and he promptly inspected and quoted me a great price for repair. The next day he was able to get in and repair everything before the rain and snow started. Such a relief! Communication was open and the service was great. I highly recommend C&M roofing! Will be contacting them for any future roofing issues I have.
