I run LV Laser Engraving and have done business with VPS for a couple years now to service my Mimaki 6042 MK ii E. Last week, my machine broke down. We immediately called VPS to schedule a tech around 11am and were told we would get a call back as Thomas was at lunch. Around 5pm, we called to follow up as we had not received a call back as promised. We were told that we would get our call back the next morning. The next morning, we called because they still hadn't. Thomas took the call and we complained that we felt like we were having to chase down a tech to help us. Thomas said he would take charge of our issue to make sure the communication breakdown ceased. We were able to schedule a tech for Monday morning. Joao came out and was very professional, diagnosed that it was our tube pumps that needed replacement. He said that the shipment would be in on Thursday. Thursday comes, our printer is still down and we call to follow up with VPS. We are told that the pumps had to be back ordered and they were not sure when they would come in.

We immediately cancelled the order and contacted another company in Nashville around 7pm there local time. We had the pumps we needed in hand the next morning by 10am and were up and running around 1pm.

VPS's failure to properly follow up and communicate ordering issues with us has really put a sour taste in our mouths. We rely on them as our printer professionals, but we had to chase them down, just to schedule a tech and then the tech failed to properly update us on our back ordered order, wasting more precious time that our deadlines didn't permit. Had I waited for VPS to call me, I would still be down right now, with no communication and only wondering what my status is. IF you decide to deal with VPS, know up front that you will need to be responsible for all follow up and if there are issues, you will not be informed until you chase down an answer.

This hurts my heart to write this review, but they really left us in a bad situation with no regard for the impact it had on our business. We trusted they were on it and if there were any issues, they would reach out, but none of this happened.

UPDATE: Jacqueline called to follow up and we had a really good, constructive conversation about where things were falling through the cracks. I could immediately tell how much she cares about their customer base and she wanted to quell any potential issues. I appreciate her time, her level of care and the commitment to doing better moving forward. I could not ask for more. You can feel confident that if any troubles arise, VPS will make it right. After 16 years in the printing industry, I’ve worked with a lot of suppliers, and Vibrant Print Solutions is easily one of the best. They’re actually knowledgeable about the equipment and the industry, not just salespeople. VPS hosted the BEST event ever!!! 10/10 recommend this company. I came to their Sweetheart’s Workshop with my sister last week because we have a small Etsy business and we had way more fun than expected. We learned so much about the print industry and even ended up getting an Epson V1070 to make personalized products. Their customer service is exceptional, I cannot recommend them more!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible staff, there is no communication among themselves. They have no idea of what’s going on. I placed a very important order for a roll of media and waited 8 business days kept calling to see if it had arrived they kept giving me excuses why it hadn’t arrived, come to find out they never ordered it and couldn’t take the time to check their order list. I have an important deadline to meet and was waiting all that time for nothing. Shop directly from Roland these people don’t deserve your business. Very unprofessional

If I could give them 100 stars I really would! All the staff and owner was so professional and friendly. Highly recommend getting your supplies from them. All of the 1 star reviews of Vegas Print Supplies are true and I wish I did thorough research before doing business with them. I do not even want to narrate my horrific experience but long story short, they do not care about you, they only care about getting your money. Expect every interaction to be some sort of ploy to extract more money from you without providing any real help or customer service. All of the 5 stars reviews are fake (funny how they were all posted recently and in the same 2 week period-- nice one). Save yourself some time, money, and headache and stay away from these scammers.

Highly recommend Vegas Print Supplies! We've purchased several pieces of large-format printing equipment from VPS and it was the best decision! Their entire staff are knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and provide great customer service. We continue to use them as our primary ink supplier and service technicians.
