Should be sued. can't change deliveries or cancel on the site. Didn't Amazon just get banged up for this. Absolutely terrible company. Would not recommend them for anything other than demolition. I would be embarrassed to work for them.

This new Ready Refresh is a terrible company. They can’t even get their deliveries right. They sent out a driver twice. He sent it to the wrong address and then they tell me it’s because there’s no delivery notes. It’s a house put it on the porch terrible customer service, terrible company canceling, and will never go back. This is what happens when a company Over other companies

Driver with semi truck receiving hour 2pm to 8pm but they can accept delivery untill 10pm as long he is there .try before 8pm .driver need to assist and no dock only back from street to there drive way .the guy during 8pm shift for receiveing he is good guy and help ful direction take left from potter rd and right rosehart way destination will be on ur left side .this the right direction to go there

The driver was truly incredible! Our order isn't set up correctly yet so we only had one bottle coming in, but the driver was really accommodating and was able to give us a little extra water to hold us over until our next delivery. Thank you so so much!! :)

If it were possible to give this less than 1 star I would. They are the water provider for a business. They are constantly either missing the delivery dates or more often, missing deliveries entirely. For weeks.

This has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. We are now going to be closing out our account and going with a local provider who actually cares about customer service.

This service is also used by my wife's company and they also have the same issues as we do. Same company, different location, same problems. Spend your money elsewhere where they will actually provide the service they claim to be able to. Unlike this joke of a business.
