Passenger side armrest was busted in my 2008 Toyota Highlander. Most places would have had me go and replace the entire inside panel but these guys took it off and found a very clever repair and I couldn't be happier. They did it very quick while I waited and I'll happily bring my other cars here when they have repair issues like this as well. Great custome service and friendly team!

First off I’d like to thank Amir and Nick for helping answer any of my concerns and for being transparent through the whole repair process. I brought my truck here because I would constantly see 6 figure exotics getting repaired and to my delight they treated my F150 with the same care and quality of work. Ameer was extremely helpful from start to finish. I dropped my car off and literally left the country, and he had everything completely handled. Communication was solid the whole time, and the car came out looking amazing.

They even re-wrapped the damaged area and went above and beyond by detailing the car, which I really appreciated. Nick, the owner, was also very nice and professional.

Best shop in the West Coast. Shop owner Nick and his brilliant team went above and beyond to take care of my G63 and bring it back to life. They made the insurance process super smooth and no headache or stress for me. They have a reputation for amazing work and being one of the best G wagon repair shops in the entire country. I had extensive rock chips across my front bumper, fenders and hood along with slight imperfections and bumps left by previous shops that had done quick work years ago. I ended up getting extensive paint work done to correct all of the damage at once, and any issues that came up were communicated quickly and taken care of as well. The integrity these guys have means so much to me and I really appreciate Nick and Amir for the communication throughout the process and their team for doing amazing work. The new paint and metallic flake matches the factory paint absolutely perfectly and everything turned out looking like the car was brand new again. It's always a little nerve wracking when you need this level of work done and I'm so glad to know a reliable, honest, high quality shop if I ever need anything done in the future. I would absolutely recommend them for any work you might need, thank you guys!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Palladium Auto Body for the past five years because of their consistent quality and attention to details. They are definitely not the cheapest but as you know you get what you pay for. They have worked on my Lamborghini STO, my G63 and my SLS AMG and knocked it out of the park every single time. Gonna keep it short and simple. Brought my car in to get repairs done, then got my car returned to me with a broken windshield. Been trying to work with Nick to get it fixed since the damage was done under his care and in his shop. Doesn’t seem like he cares to fix, or solve the issue. My mistake was taking the car back with the damage trusting him when he said “just take it home and we’ll figure it out.” I got my car back in August and have been trying to get this issue resolved with him, but like ai said. Seems like after he got paid. Nothing else matters. Deny’s that the broken windshield is his shops fault. Makes no sense because it wasn’t cracked, chipped, or broken when I took it in. They worked on the roof of my car and you can see the crack on my windshield starts from there then goes down the windshield.
