Terrible experience at the Hugo Boss Outlet in Vacaville, CA.

I spent around $500 in the store. One shirt was picked from the 50% off section, but instead of receiving 50% off, I was given only a 13% discount. This was their mistake, not mine.

On top of that, the price tag on the shirt showed $115, yet I was charged $135, and then the incorrect discount was applied. This pricing discrepancy was never explained at checkout.

Most importantly, nowhere in the store and at no point during purchase were we informed that refunds are not allowed and that they only offer store credit. We found this out only after calling the store the next day regarding the shirt. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable.

When I called to discuss the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and refused to take responsibility or correct their error.

For a brand like Hugo Boss, this location demonstrates poor transparency, lack of accountability, and very unprofessional customer service. I strongly advise customers to check every price and discount carefully—or avoid this store altogether.

This store is horrible, they DONT DO REFUNDS. I will never shop here again. I dont know what type of business does this without letting its customers know before they buy. I've never felt this disgusted by a store ever. NEGATIVE STARS!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at the Hugo Boss outlet. The sales rep and cashier were unfriendly, rude, and lacked basic courtesy. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.
