CARLEE was absolutely amazing!! Came to deliver my order and I had a mess up with my card so she offered to drive me to my family house a couple streets over to grab the money. Super friendly, always smiling and goes far and beyond of what's asked of her. I will definitely be ordering again 100% with confidence.

I had a great experience at Kana Leaf, and a big part of that was Brody. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, relaxed, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He asked a couple quick questions about what I was looking for, then explained the differences between a few options in plain language—effects, potency, and what might fit my comfort level. I appreciated that he focused on education and safety, not just the most expensive item.

Brody also made the whole visit easy: he kept the line moving, answered my questions clearly, and double-checked everything at checkout so there were no surprises. The store felt clean and well organized, and the vibe was welcoming. He even pointed out current promos and helped me choose something within my budget. He treated me with respect, didn’t rush me, and made sure I understood dosing and storage.

It’s obvious Brody cares about customers and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you’re new or just want straightforward, honest recommendations, ask for him. I've been coming here since they first opened. I enjoy the staff engagement, cannabis culture and the vast selection of herbs. I'm mostly a top shelf kinda guy and I find their prices to be the best around for craft and primo brands. I also appreciate the points system and delivery options.

Been going for months I had an order was supposed to be 3 in the bag. I looked as I got home and shows only 1 single. Shows on my account that I prev orderd the 3. They won’t fix the order and won’t deliver free due to their mistake's thanks Brody… we have had such good customer service till now. It’s going to cost more in fuel to go fix their eff up. Will know better next time to check every order since they are to busy to listen to your customer. 5 star for the shorter female willing to help us till she gave the phone to Brody.

I went for a simply pre roll. I got a recommendation and got the product damage the joints were super tight and moisturizer i asked for and exchange on roll wss totally new and second clearly was just burned the first 15%. Looking for and exchange for something better they didn't want to refund and send me to talk straight with the company? So if you are my merchant and I bought 15 minutes ago you should be the responsibility for what you sell and take care of you defective products very bad location. This is not nice at all I waste my money they keep the product also

Their staff members work hard, knowledgable about their product, friendly environment. They always greeting a customer that comes in the store. If you don’t know something you can give them a description of item or name of the brand and they’ll find it for you.
They have proved to me that they value their customers. I don’t come across( often)people that value me or value my opinions. I am an individual that speaks from the heart, and I say it how I see it, and they don’t try and punish me for it. They push love and friendship, kind of vibe, I am thankful for that.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Very clean and well decorated.
Holds true to Native heritage while also bringing a modern feel to the atmosphere.
They have buds that you can smell so you know what you're getting.
