Ricardo and his team did an incredible job and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for any powerwash needs. Ricardo was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely wanted to achieve customer satisfaction. He and his team were thorough and detail oriented. When I pointed out any issues, Ricardo was receptive and immediately addressed them. I know this reads like a paid post, but I got nothing for posting this. Working with Rinse Prince, and Ricardo specifically, was a fantastic experience from top to bottom. Ricardo responded promptly to my request for an estimate and was able to meet me same day of the request. He arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, explained the process clearly and provided a fair estimate. The company provided helpful reminders of the appointment as well as status updates for when the technician would arrive. On the day of service, Ricardo arrived on time and reviewed the process. He washed the entirety of the house as well as the vinyl fence in the back yard. He did a great job. I highly recommend this company, and if you can request to work with Ricardo, you will be in great hands.

They did an excellent job. Got 10 year old pavers and 20year old concrete looking like new. Took really good care moving a lot of furniture and plants. They refilled pavers with polymeric sand perfectly matched original color. The best!

Working with this company was excellent! They replied very fast when I requested a quote to power wash my back patio and front walkway. Their technician, Ricardo, showed up the next day, and the whole job was done within 4 days of my initial request for an estimate. Ricardo also recommended we apply some sand between the cracks of our patio stones and he performed the work quickly and explained the process step-by-step.
I'll be calling them again next summer to power wash my home again in Maplewood.
