We booked them to come to our wedding after Steven, the owner, came to my hospital with his cart to give ice cream to the staff - an awesome way to give back to the community! He really is a nice guy and personally came to scoop at our wedding. It was the biggest hit with all our guests- they were shocked to see the actual cart and someone scooping. We got to pick 6 flavors. One of our biggest regrets of the night was not going back to get our sundaes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make their event extra special!!

Stopped by this Ben & Jerry’s near the Long Island Aquarium and had such a great experience. Steve helped us and was incredibly kind and patient, especially with my 7 year old who couldn’t decide on a flavor. He gave great suggestions and made the whole experience fun and stress free. The shop was clean, the service was amazing, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Awesome customer service. We got there when they were about to close and I believe the owner of Ben and Jerry’s was super nice about it. Once my girlfriend and I got our order we were trying to take a photo and he stepped in and helped us take a photo of us together honestly an amazing experience for me since it was my first time going into the store. Highly recommend going for the vibes :)

I actually met the owner, Steve, while hosting a lemonade stand with my kids and their friends. He graciously invited our group of toddlers to visit his shop for a tour, and it was such a treat! Steve was incredibly enthusiastic and wonderful with the kids — everyone left with big smiles (and ice cream, of course).
The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. It’s so refreshing to see a new family-run business bringing such great energy to the community.
My family and I are frequent Aquarium visitors, and we’ll definitely be making this spot a regular stop for ice cream every time we go!

I decided to bring my family to the new Ben & Jerry’s location in Riverhead after reading about the local family behind it in Northforker. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles — every staff member was genuinely friendly, helpful, and upbeat, even with the shop being busy.

The owner, Steve, was right at the register making sure everything ran smoothly, which really added a personal touch. I ordered a vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles, and the team member kindly offered to place it in a cup so the sprinkles wouldn’t spill — such thoughtful service!

It’s wonderful to see another family-owned business thriving in Riverhead. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot for a sweet treat and a great experience!
