Delta Plumbers is a complete scam. I’ve had them out on two separate occasions, and had extremely negative experiences both times.

The first time - I had a pinhole leak in a copper line behind some drywall in my tenant’s unit. By the time the plumber got there, I had already cut out all of the drywall to expose the pipes easily and had the water shut off and ready to go for him. After looking at the issue and sending some photos off to his office, they came back at $800 +hst to fix the issue!!!! I told him that was an absolutely unacceptable price to which he responded he could “knock $200 off”…. Seemed suspicious to me. At this point, we were leaving the following day for vacation and my tenant couldn’t be without water obviously so I really had no choice, so I reluctantly agreed. He ended up using like 15 shark bite fittings to fix a pinhole leak in a copper 90…. That was 4 years ago.

I just had them out early Dec 2025 again (honestly forgetting I had a bad experience with them the first time) for a leak from my tankless water heater. The issue was a crack in a small plastic drain connection. They quoted me $1000+hst to replace the small plastic connection. I told them to call their boss. After disputing the pricing she said she would conveniently “knock $200 off” again!! I said nope, that’s outrageous. I paid their $105 service fee so they would leave my house. I contacted Rheem (the manufacturer) to find out the cost of the plastic part in hopes to repair it myself. They sent the part to me for free, but it retails for 5$!!!!!! At this point, I’m livid with these crooks. The next morning I get a call from your favourite scam artists - Delta. They’re offering me $100 off their price if I proceed with the work. I lost it. After fighting with them for a good hour on the phone, they eventually agreed to refund my $105 “show up” fee. They didn’t hand it over easily, but I was determined to say the least that I would not be a victim of their scam.

I will shout from the rooftops that this company is a complete sham. Everyone I know will know to steer clear of them. And don’t even get me started on the fact that they were going to perform repairs on my gas water heater without a TSSA license.

They quoted 89 dollars for an assessment fee. For a simple shower cartridge replacement, he quoted me 450 dollars with a high likelihood of it being pushed to 1450 dollars. This is the tactic they use to not make 1450 sound so bad. They will haphazardly try the 450 dollar approach and pivot to 1450 dollars. Never call these people if you care about the money you earn.

They give a grossly exaggerated labour fee so you deny their service and take the appraisal fee. Avoid this at all costs.

Had a faucet drip that turned into a small puddle. Delta plumbing showed up on time and didnt leave u til it was fixed. Really solid company!

Not satisfied with the service at all.
First they charge $129 for diagnosis and waive that off if you agree to go ahead with them after service.
The issue their quote for work is whimsical. They wanted $750 for replacing faucet that costs $90. Then they lowered the quote to $680, then to $641 and finally to $580 all within 10 minutes. Total rip off in my opinion for replacing a $90 faucet that took 10 minutes to do on my own. Regret calling them and wasting $129.

i ate a lot of taco bell and it really upset my stomach. Unfortunately, my toilet clogged. But don’t fret, delta plumbers came to my rescue and fixed my toilet in under 10 minutes. Now i have no fear when eating taco bell.

ZERO STARS!!

My mother called them out for a frozen water line, she got a quote for the repair to unfreeze and repair the line. $1300.00 to install 3 small heaters in the wrong location and not confirm the line is unfrozen but they also did not replace the burst line. When contacted back they said that all they were quoted to do was install the heaters. What self respecting company charges $1300.00 and does not actually repair anything. The incompetence of these so called "professional plumbers" can not be understated. My mother was taken advantage of, for shame on you!
