Neal came same day I called about my undermount sink separating from quartz countertop. The next day team of Saad & Zaid came - both friendly, professional & explained what they were doing & left work area nice & clean. Will definitely call Delta again!

We called Delta Plumbers for a water softener repair after noticing issues with hard water throughout the house.
They diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything working properly again. Affordable service and great communication from start to finish.

We live in an old neighbourhood where tree roots can clog sewers. When our sewer backed up recently, we called Delta. They worked for 15 minutes, found no problem, and charged $850. Soon the sewer backed up again and another company came and removed many tree roots for under $400. We regret that we cannot recommend Delta.

Last weekend on Saturday a union near my water meter started leaking. I shut off the water to my home and called Delta Plumbers since they are a 24/7 service. They sent a guy who came in that evening and looked at the union, he quoted me $350 to tighten the union which I foolishly agreed to and he went ahead with tightening the union. He told us tightening the union didn't work and that he could come back the next day and replace some pipes at a rate of $950. I declined and after he left I checked the state of the union which had gone from dribbling water to spraying it everywhere making the situation much worse. (For comparison, with an after-hours charge for coming in on a Sunday, the alternative plumber I got in charge $450 an solved the issue in less than an hour)

I called Delta to complain no less than 3 times, each time I called they said a manager was not in, but they would call me back the next day. As mentioned, I have called them multiple times and they have not reached out to me. Delta Plumbers has no accountability and does not own its failures.

Utterly disappointing and unprofessional service provided by your team. What was promised as a same-day repair turned into a series of broken commitments, false assurances, and complete disregard for customer well-being.

Despite taking an advance payment, your team failed to deliver the service within the promised timeframe. By the end of the day, we were told it would take 1–3 more days, only to be informed the very next day that the issue was "beyond repair" and that we should consider purchasing a new water heater instead. This level of flip-flopping and carelessness is completely unacceptable.

Worse still, repeated attempts to reach out to you were met with silence. You ignored countless calls, avoided responsibility, and left us with no solution to an essential service issue. Your actions—or lack thereof—have caused immense stress, frustration, and mental anguish, which no paying customer deserves.

Your conduct reflects a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic decency. If this is your idea of customer service, it is nothing short of harassment.

So grateful for Delta Plumbers! Delta had the most honest and transparent quotes when I almost got scammed into a very expensive and unnecessary service, which I really appreciated. Ethan was our plumber and his work was thorough, timely, and explained everything along the way. Highly recommend Delta!

Still no response to our horrendous service from Delta. We were charged full price for a job they were fired from. Extremely upset and clearly their response to my online review about helping rectify the situation was just for show since we have YET to hear back about our refund for an INCOMPLETE and UNFINSIHED job. Guess a better business call is next? Not sure how to proceed from here. Ridiculous.

I am FURIOUS with Delta plumbing! I do NOT recommend this company, in fact they should be reported to the better business bureau. They accepted a job for our house to replace the water line and we went without water for TWO WEEKS while they attempted this job. They could NOT complete it, and kept leaving us with a leaking line and telling us it was finished when it was not. They forgot to schedule inspections, they had to hire a secondary company to come help them and STILL could not complete the job and then once they had been FIRED, had the AUDACITY to charge us full price for an unfinished, incomplete, shoddy job that we shouldn’t have even paid their exorbitant deposit for. Completely unprofessional, unskilled and incapable.

We had the unfortunate luck of having an issue with our ensuite shower leaking into the basement. We called Delta, and they immediately gave us an appointment. The initial service call clearly identified the problem and we were presented with a cost to fix the issue/re-model the shower.

A few days later work began on the removal of the old tile, and base... and the gentleman that was assigned the task was a nice man named Ali. Over the next few days he was great with his communication on what he was doing, what was happening... and was open to our input as well.

The renovation was completed, and Ali did an amazing job. We are very happy with the work done by Ali/Delta plumbing, and also pleased with the communications back and forth with the manager Rob. Ali honestly went above and beyond, what we expected... he also cleaned the workspace well, and left us yesterday, with saying thank you for the opportunity.

We would 100% recommend Delta for any issue you may need investigated, and fixed in your home!
