I'm realativly new to Panera , I have ordered it 3xs. My last order was stuffed with mayonnaise and was disgusting! Naturally I called and asked to complain to the manager!! the manager was very sweet at first and said that she would remake my meal on my next visit. so of course,
I came in 3 weeks later gave the information to the manager on shift named Bree. who looked me dead smack eyes in the face and told me she could not do anything for me she could not even offer me any kind of discount.. she explained;I just can't because it had been too long and there's no record of my order even though I had showed it and explained to her& what the discrepancy was. Very unprofessional not trained well, very rude and then proceeded to go and talk smack to her young little coworkers about the situation... she should be retrained in customer service and professionalism.. all I ask is for my food to get remade or possibly give me a discount..I ended up paying for my whole meal again this will be my last time.. not to mention I just asked for no tomatoes and here it is with tomatoes again...

I have been to so many paneras around the bay area and this location is by fay THE BEST! Every time I order a salad or sandwich it's made by someone who actually cares about the quality. Other locations slop things together and don't even fill the salad bowl completely but this location truly has never disappointed me and they give you your money's worth. After having bad experiences at other locations I only come to this location now because they have never let me down. And I know it's not just a one off situation here because I've order multiple times on different days throughout the months and every time it's perfect! This proves that all the employees here are great! Thank you to all the employees here who make the best tuna salads and tuna sandwiches!

We have had such a bad experience with this Panera location, the manager named Bree is extremely rude and argumentative, the advertised drink Passionfruit was just bad tasted like water! The sandwiches were totally messed up, when I showed it to her, she started arguing with me and told me that she cannot do anything about it, and raising her voice! WOW SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLS DO NOT ORDER HERE, GO TO SOURDOUGH BREAD, OR OTHER GOOD PLACES

I was new to Panera and didn’t know how to use the computer menu. The people up front were friendly and quickly took my order, saving me from ordering everything wrong. I ordered a Turkey sandwich and French onion soup that was super yummy. The manager Sabbath asked if I wanted to sign up for the Sip Club and explained how it works. I signed up and use it almost every day.
I’m super happy Panera is now in Union City. It’s my go to place. I just picked up the brown sugar cinnamon bagels and am stoked to have one for breakfast tomorrow.

I’ve never personally been to this location, but my son or husband often picks up orders from here. I’m rating this location three stars because a customization request related to a nut allergy was missed. I asked for no pecans on the Harvest Medley Chicken Salad, but they were mixed in anyway. Since my son was looking forward to sharing the salad, this was disappointing.

I still like Panera and will continue ordering, but I hope allergy-related requests are handled more carefully going forward.
