I give the highest recommendation for The Mold Inspection Canary.
I have used the company on two occasions now, and both times it was top notch quality.

Jacqueline is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.
She ‘saved’ me on two occasions from living in an apartment that had black mold. She was then extremely helpful in guiding me on how to get my things cleaned appropriately and safely after the incident.
I would highly recommend using The Mold Inspection Canary!

Jacqueline is amazing at what she does, so knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to give you a thorough understanding of your mold situation — also just such a kind and personable person. I am so grateful to have found her and think she is worth every penny! I highly recommend her to address any of your mold concerns.

I recently had an inspection done by The Mold Inspection Canary, and I can honestly say it was one of the most professional and thorough experiences I’ve ever had with any service.

Jacqueline was incredibly clear, precise, and caring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything in simple terms and made sure I understood what was happening and what the results meant. The report she delivered was extremely detailed, well-organized, and backed by certified lab results — something that gave me a lot of confidence in handling the situation with my attorney.

Even though I’m not an expert, I immediately realized how serious and accurate her work was. She went above and beyond what I expected and showed genuine concern for our health and safety.

If you ever need a mold inspection, especially in a stressful situation, I couldn’t recommend anyone better than Jacqueline and her team.
