Very happy with every aspect of this transaction, fantastic customer service they even answered my questions, days before booking and again, at the shop! I highly recommend Elite they were professional, very fast, great communication, comfortable lobby, and great results. I spoke to a lot of shops prior to picking Elite, but they exceeded all of my expectations. I’m happy I came here. Thank you for treating my vehicle as you would your own. I will be back for my other vehicles, my business vehicles, and I will bring my family.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place. I paid over $500 for the tint, and the front windows had peeling and creases almost immediately. I brought the car back to have them redone, but then both windows ended up with a significant amount of white specks. They replaced the tint a second time, but I still ended up with white specks, dust particles, scratches, and peeling again.

The staff was always friendly and willing to redo the work, and I appreciate that. However, after multiple attempts, I no longer felt confident that the company could achieve the 99% perfection they advertise. It also made me question the quality-control process, and if there even is one.

Ultimately, I took my car somewhere else, where they got the tint right the first time (and for less money). I’m glad the staff was nice and willing to work with me, but after multiple trips and continued issues, the experience was simply too frustrating.

Simple… don’t go anywhere else. I looked for shops who would do my Ram but people were not confident until I found Elite Window tinting! They were not scared of the challenge!

They explain the process, explain what your buying and if there is something you don’t need they don’t hassle you to pay more for what they think is better they let decide after they have shown everything to you. Great customer service and great execution on the product.

Patrick helped me get all my windows re-tinted to be all fresh and clean again, he’s helped me twice so far of just owning this car. He’s very fast with his work and very professional, if your every in the Sandy area I would definitely recommend coming here! Thanks so much!

Really happy with how everything turned out. The tint looks great, and the biggest thing I noticed right away was how much the windshield tint helps with heat coming into the car. If you’re considering it, I’d definitely recommend doing the windshield too, it makes a real difference. Great customer service as well, Patrick was awesome to work with and did a great job on the install
