Meal was good. Cashier could have made more of an effort to make us feel welcomied. A customer was loud (not restaurant’s fault) complaining about her life

This was delicious chicken. We ordered on Doordash and got our food quickly and it was hot and fresh. We got the three piece tender combo and the 3 piece chicken combo. Biscuits and fries were great too. Delicious, hot, huge potato wedges, dipping sauce was great. Prices were good too.

If I could give a 0 star i definitely would we Came to lees on Sunday afternoon about 3 pm we asked how fresh the livers were and the lady took at least a good 3 secs to answer us said “THERE FRESH” with a attitude didn’t even tell us how long they’ve been out or nothing so we chanced it and spent 16$ on a snack size liver and a meal got home and they were hard as hell
I normally don’t do reviews but this time was ridiculous DO BETTER LEES
We come there almost everytime we eat out and the livers are disgusting everytime and dried and not fresh

This place was a disaster this evening. Pulled up to the drive-thru, no wait, placed our order around 7:55 PM. Was told there would be a 5 minute wait after paying and to pull forward. No problem. After over 30 minutes of waiting, watching multiple vehicles order & leave with food, I decided to walk in & check on our order around 8:30 PM. SO MANY staff standing around doing nothing & a couple on their phones. I asked politely if our order was ready because we had been parked for over 30 minutes and I was greeted with an "eye roll" by a young lady. A lady in the back started yelling after they asked her something about our order, and after some bickering back and forth our food "suddenly" appeared like magic, already boxed up, was placed in a bag, without our dipping sauces of course, and I was told to enjoy my dinner. An apology would have been nice but they all continued to yell at each other. This place has gone downhill horribly. We used to enjoy coming here so much but I can go anywhere else to spend my hard earned money & be treated just as poorly!

OMG WOW!!!! This place is tucked in behind a couple businesses but since he had it before and I never had we popped in. It's absolutely incredible. From the chicken to the mashed potatoes and even Cole slaw it rocked!!!! You have to also try their Famous Sweet Tea. You won't be disappointed 😁😁😁😁
